We had a great experience at this hotel. The room and lobby were very clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. All the staff were polite and very professional as well as knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it to others. The only thing I could sugeest to make it better would be a pool/hot tub.

No elevator so be prepared to use stairs. This is an older building that was remodeled and updated. The king size room was very well cleaned, slow draining on the bathroom sink and the previous occupants leftovers were left in the refrigerator, aside from that I was well pleased.

Not as advertised

Check in worked out fine and the welcoming staff was very nice. However, when in the room there was hair all in the bed and between the sheets it also looked as if people were in the bed prior to my check in time due to the wrinkled sheets. I was accommodated and was provided another room at no charge. Assuming this room would be clean, I pulled back the bed sheets and found a wad of hair in this bed as well. The cleaning staff has no idea how to clean a room properly luckily the cups were in plastic and I knew those were clean. I will not be staying here again.
