They need to invest in some updates to the whole hotel. Update bathrooms, repair walls and fix drips. We picked this hotel because it stated it was smoke free... it was not. Lots of guests were smoking in their rooms. Plus, we heard a small dog in one room.

It wasn’t the cleanest for sure. It was quiet tho. We had a hard time finding someone to help us check out in the morning. It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best either.

This stay was not in any way what was expected, at all, and not worth what was paid. I would never stay in an establishment like this. I am dissatisfied with the property as a whole. The amenities and rooms were old, not clean, and not comfortable. I would NEVER have chosen this property if I had known the status. Horrible conditions!!

The staff when I checked in was fabulous. But when he said my room was ready we went up and it wasn’t even ready, window open, tv on, and bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was even crap in the toilet. Went down told front desk that it wasn’t ready he apologized and said he would check on it took another 30 mins. The elevator was broken down. Pool room was very outdated and u can see black mold everywhere including the chairs which was limited compared to how many people that was there, towels were also limited as well unless u event to front desk. On top of all that bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Yes I have photos. Pool hours were not what online says and there is no hot tub to use as to what the online says

I got there on Friday. There was a bloodstain on the bed cover. There was ants in the room. I had no hot water. I told the people on the front desk. They never came and fixed it. There was still ants. The ceiling had a crack in it.

Water pressure was absolute trash i understand it's a hotel but the shower water didn't even spray to the middle of the tub and the bathroom was so tiny you could barley move in there while place smelled off weed... there was still rose pedals near the bed from another person who stayed before us definitely will never stay at any of these again

The hotel was filthy. We only walked down the hallway after checking in and noticed immediately of how gross it was. We seen the pool area which looked very bad and elevators not working, we turned around went back to front desk and asked for our money back and was told we have to contact Expedia. We never even went to the room.

There was trash all over the property grounds. The cleaning people forgot to remove the trash from our room so we arrived to a room that smelled of bleach but a full trash bag and card board boxes. The entire building - interior and exterior - is completely run down. All the soda machines in the hallways were out of service. There was a free breakfast on the weekend but they stopped serving at 9am and the front desk didn't tell us upon check in so we missed breakfast. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. The building needs to be condemned.

Other than a broken deadbolt in the door and ants in the bathroom the room in itself was spacious and clean. The hotel in itself could use a lot of repairs and updates. The hot tub was covered by a sheet of plywood. The pool water was cloudy. Even if you wanted to hang in the pool room, which was not a comfortable atmosphere, there were no tables or chairs to lounge. The trash all the way around the exterior of the property was an eyesore as well.

Upon check-in we were given a room that was already occupied. There was an odor throughout the entire hotel including our room when we first entered. The blow dryer and iron in our room did not work. The pool was disgusting, there were clumps of hair and food all over the rugs and in the pool. A piece of plywood over the hot tub, and mold/mildew all over. Pictures make everything appear much better than they really are.

This was a nice company that bought an old building from a crappy company & didn’t renovate it. It was dingy and gross. Chipped paint & parts of the wall chipped off everywhere. No direct line that calls in to the front desk ahead of time, terrible front desk service, & no tissues. Never staying there again!
