Modest semi-detached villa with private pool and sea views located a few meters from the commercial zone and the beach, The villa La Pau has been renovated, making this property a popular one. The two storey house has its own private entrance. The first floor is the main part of the house and includes a lounge-dining area with air-conditioning, all decorated in menorcan style, an equipped kitchen, two double rooms and a recently reformed bathroom.

The good sized partially covered terrace is a perfect setting for dinner. Downstairs, at the same level as the pool, there is a double room with shower room and a small lounge area. This part of the house has its own entrance and is totally independent from the rest of the property. The pool area has a large terrace, a practical outside shower and the pool.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.

Unfortunately the parking stated doesn't fit a car in it - only a moped. so be aware in busy season you cannot get a car park anywhere nearby. Also, the pool was green for most of our stay and despite the management taking two days to get this looked at it wasn't able to be fixed and stayed green. we would not stay again because of this and the parking. The beds were also incredibly hard and very few utensils in the kitchen. overall, for the price is was disappointing.
