Villa Paloma is a semi-detached villa with a private pool and lovely sea views, located a few meters from the commercial area and the beach, making it a popular villa. The villa has private access and two floors. It also has a private outdoor pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. In addition, you can enjoy a pleasant dinner on its covered outdoor terrace.
The Space:
Inside the villa, the first floor is the most complete and has a simple living-dining room decorated in Menorcan style, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The ground floor, located at the same level as the pool, has a double bedroom, with a shower room and a small living room. Access to this bedroom is independent from the rest of the house, which makes the stay of its tenants more private. The pool area has a large terrace and a practical outdoor shower.
Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500.
Please note, there is a Tourist Tax Payment of 2.2EUR per person per night payable during check in. We will provide you details of our office before arrival.
Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.
