Wonderful break!
We booked this property for a 2020 holiday but it was postponed twice due to covid. We eventually went in May 2022. Thank you to the 3villas for being so accommodating and emailing efficiently to rearrange each year.
The villa itself is located in a very central place for restaurants, shops and the beach but the town itself is so quiet you wouldn’t know this. It’s a 5 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach. There are at least 3 supermarkets in a short waking distance so we always had plenty of options to eat in and out.
The villa itself was great. The pool and outdoor areas were clean and the layout of the house was well thought out. There are however 50 steps from the bedroom on the lowest floor to the kitchen upstairs. The whole villa in fact has a lot of stairs with didn’t affect us but may need considering for people less mobile. We had a 1 year old and 4 year old and the stairs or safety were not an issue but again for other children A way to block off the stairs may need considering. The bedrooms all had en-suites and we always had hot showers even if several were showering at once. The occupants of the two double rooms said their bed was very comfortable but the 3 single rooms were not as comfy. In particular, the room on the lowest floor had terrible single mattresses with springs protruding into your back at night. This is not great when you have 7 nights sleep to endure. Maybe a consideration for buying new mattresses.
Overall, the entire group (aged between 67 and 1.5) had a wonderful time and definitely the break we had been waiting for. I’d most definitely recommend this villa to others.
