New construction in 2023. Spacious luxury 6 bed room and 3 bathroom house conveniently located less than a mile from the Towamensing trails lake and community center. Game room with Shuffle Board, Arcade Game and Foosball. Very close to major Pocono attractions (White Water rafting/Kayaking/Canoeing, Paint ball, Skiing, Horseback riding, Biking/Hiking trails, Pocono Raceway, Wineries, Fishing, etc).

The home has absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect. The kids had so much fun. There was so much for them to do. And so much space which made it really great for a large group. The host was amazing as well. He would reply very quickly to any message sent. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and I would definitely stay there again.

Our group had an amazing time at this beautiful house. It is even bigger than it looks. Love the open floor plan on the main level. (there are 3 levels!) The dining table is big enough for at least 10 ppl and then there is 4 bar stools for additional seating and funny memories for our group to last a long time playing card games and Pictionary around it after a fun day of skiing!! All 6 bedrooms were a great size. All bedrooms have King Size beds except for 1 room (queen). Mattresses are Memory Foam and comfortable! Bunk bed room was perfect for all 4 kids we had in our group. Great location to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. Communication with Dave and Nicole were A. We cant wait to return in the future!!

Great property!! David was responsive and accommodating, especially this weekend with the upcoming snow storm. This is the cleanest rental we have stayed at in the Poconos and accommodated our party of adults and kids perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone to have a bed and even extra floor space in the rooms for small air mattresses if needed. The kids loved the game room and adults had plenty of space to hang. We will definitely be back!

Great property with a great location to everything we wanted. The only issue was with connecting our accounts with the tv. We figured it out but was annoying. The house itself was beautiful, spacious and clean. The communication was great! I would recommend this to anyone.

This home was perfect for my large family to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped. We really enjoyed the game room, cozy fireplace, outdoor seating areas on the deck, and especially the hot tub on a cool Fall weekend. The host, David, was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home.

What a home! If you have a large family like we do I highly recommend this house. There are bedrooms located on each floor. The beds got rave reviews from everyone. The full sized double bunk beds are fantastic. The home was very clean. To even include toiletries was a nice touch. There is plenty of room in every room. Nothing felt cramped. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside deck was fantastic to relax on. We all agreed we would definitely come back. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions. We had an amazing time here!

Perfect place for a large group

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday with the whole family, including all the grandkids. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had a unique layout that worked perfectly for a big group. The large kitchen and dining area made gathering easy and special. The hot tub was a hit, and the games and amenities kept everyone entertained. Such a memorable weekend—we’d definitely come back!

Moms 93rd Birthday Celebration

Great Property & Hosts

We've stayed at a lot of short term rental locations and often you don't get what you see in the listing. Not the case with this listing - it was everything advertised and more. The house was clean, amenities were provided that made it feel like a 5 start hotel, and the hosts were communicative and didn't expect too much of us as guests. Highly recommend this property for your Poconos vacation!

Great house!

Beautifully decorated, everything new and clean, comfortable, well supplied. Great spaces for our group of 13 so that everyone was able to eat/hang out together, or disperse for small groupings, or alone time. Youngest kids loved the balcony game area; older kids loved the hot tub. Enjoyed the wraparound deck, loved the chair/sofa swings! All in all, a great choice!

Lovely, clean and generously equipped
