With a modern and recently renovated style, the apartment located on the 1st floor with a lift and pool view, has everything you need to feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and, in the living room, a single sofa bed for those who need more space. The open-plan kitchen to the living room is fully equipped, so you can prepare your meals at your leisure. And to ensure your comfort, we have air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed internet, so you can relax or work in total comfort. There is also a TV for those leisure moments. And if you love a good view, the large furnished balcony is the ideal place to have a coffee or enjoy a good book at the end of the day. The garage space or outdoor parking ensure you don't have to worry about parking your car.
