Spent 2wks here in top (3rd) floor, sea view, s/c studio flat, with breakfast, room 15. Check-in fast and friendly. Breakfast basic but adequate, not busy as out of season although would imagine needs constant topping up in summer. Studio small but cozy. Kitchen area had everything needed equipment wise if needing to cook. Balcony with table/chairs, south facing sea view, so got the sun all day. Settee doubled up as bed mattress obviously well used. When lying down, could feel the springs which made it a bit uncomfortable, but just about got through the 2 wks ok. Lovely beach 100yds down road and 100yds the other way to pubs/restaurants etc and local buses. Plenty of hot water for showers and towel change if required every 2/3 days. Sheets were changed once (as expected) but on the 4th day, not after 1wk which i thought was strange. Had storm 1st week and a noisy neighbour (always 1 wherever you go!) returning at 3am for 2 days 2nd week, but overall enjoyed my time here and would consider returning perhaps in May or October time.

The hotel layout is very cute. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great . Steps to beach and strip. If you want to party this is a great area. The pool area is beautiful. The property is clean but dated.

Beach side Albufeira an area not to miss

We Stayed two nights- family of 4 (adults) two bedroom apartment with kitchenette and balcony without view of ocean. Our walk way over looked a construction site with tons of garbage in a drained swimming pool. Very disappointing. Twin beds for everyone. Clean linen and towels and good Ac. The hotel caters to groups of young men on holiday looking to party all night. The pool was over ran by teenagers splashing and drinking. We did not use the pool although we had been looking forward to the amenities. The complementary breakfast was fair and sparse. The juice machine was broken just poured water. and no kettle for hot tea. We bought coffees from the bar service because the coffee from the machine was awful. The location is walking distance to the beach and the strip of bars. The nightlife on strip is raging and goes all night long and into the morning. We could hear partygoers returning from their night out from 2am to 6am. The area is mostly very young people looking to party. Not a terrible place but not the best fit for us. We had a rental car and parking was convenient. We drove to the old historic town it was charming and bustling with people and had a wonderful meal. The next day we took a kayak tour of the caves, the meeting point a beach twenty minutes away. We also walked around the marina which is a nice family friendly spot. The hotel is steps away from the tourist train to take up the hill. Outdoor coin-op/ card washing machine next to the parking area.

unreal location. room was clean and had everything we needed - very loud but definitely doesn't bother you depending on your reason for staying. great hotel location for a party holiday like often taken in Albufeira, less than 5min walk to the strip and even closer to the beach!!

Do go!! Unless you like bugs, ants and cockroaches in your room. Stains on the bed sheets as well. The place is dirty and meant for young people that are too drunk to see the cockroaches. Don’t waste your money, you get for what you pay

Stayed for 2 weeks, lovely location beach 1 minute walk the strip is 3 minutes away. Close to restaurants , bars . The staff couldn't have been nicer rooms cleaned every 2 days if you need anything they are more than willing to help

Appartements-hôtel bien situé, personnel sympathique. Très propre, bien entretenu. Peu d'ustensiles et pas de poêlons, pas pratique. Mais un bon rapport qualité-prix et une tres belle vue de mon studio no.27. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens et pas la dernière, j'espère.
