Situated right on the beach and nestled in the heart of Albufeira, the location offers tranquility just a 5-minute

walk from the bustling “Old Town.” The peaceful ambiance is gently interrupted only by the soothing sound of

waves crashing onto the shore.



Upon entering, you are immediately struck by the uniqueness of this house. The passage entrance is adorned

with a lit underwater picture spanning the ceiling. The side arches seamlessly lead into an open-plan living

room, which flows into the dining area and up a couple of steps to the kitchen.

In the living room, a bar table by the window invites you to sit and daydream while gazing at the beach and

coastline. A large 75” Smart TV with numerous streaming services is mounted on the wall within one of the

niches. The furniture is modern, yet cozy and comfortable.

The dining area combines charming antique furniture with modern lighting and décor, creating a harmonious

blend of old and new.



The striking kitchen is elegantly designed and illuminated, featuring the latest appliances and every utensil you

may need. The convenient stone bar table is perfect for a quick snack or drink while conversing with the chef.

The open-plan layout ensures that cooking is a social affair, with a seamless view of the ocean through the

living room window, making time spent in the kitchen delightful.

One of the kitchen area’s standout features is the glass ceiling, allowing subdued natural light to flood the

entire space. Another feature, is the striking staircase with its black-and-white checkered wall tiles and vibrant

yellow and chestnut-wood steps, extending over 12 meters high. It evokes a whimsical "Alice in Wonderland"

atmosphere…

A generous bathroom is behind the kitchen and also has combined washing machine and dryer.



GROWNUP KIDS BEDROOM

On the 1st floor is a uniquely decorated bedroom with a charming full-size bunk-bed (2x 90x200 beds).

Whether for children or grownups, the high quality mattresses guarantee for perfect sleeping comfort.



POOL BEDROOM

The other bedroom on this level is fitted with a double bed and double floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which

open up to the gorgeous pool terrace.

Servicing both bedrooms is a compact but full bathroom with shower. The bathroom has a beautiful original

brass porthole and complementing fittings.



THE POOL TERRACE

The passage with its glass floor leads to the terrace which is flanked by a rustic stone wall on the one side and

an 8 meter high vertical garden on the other. A modern pool and outside shower (with warm water) offers all

you need to refresh or cool down. The large awning offers shade as required.

The terrace overlooks the ocean and beach and has stunning views.



TOP BEDROOM

On the 2nd floor is the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom too has double floor to ceiling

glass sliding doors which open up to a generous balcony with absolutely breathtaking views.

The entire house was rebuilt with the highest quality materials and all rooms include built-in air conditioning

and ceiling ventilators. Exceptional for this region, the under-floor heating throughout the house, makes this

unique property ideal also for “off-season” use.
