Casa do AvĂŽ is a charming two-storey villa located in the peaceful area of Sesmarias, in Albufeira, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, ideal for unwinding after a sunny day, offering a bright and comfortable atmosphere for relaxing and spending quality time together. The dining area, integrated into the same space, is generous and inviting, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends, with direct access to the outdoor area where natural light enhances the pleasant atmosphere.



On the ground floor there is an en suite bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, providing privacy and comfort, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay.



On the first floor, the villa offers two twin bedrooms, simply and comfortably decorated. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a magnificent terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the Algarve’s mild climate.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare homemade meals with complete convenience.



Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days, a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining, and a ping pong table that guarantees fun moments for everyone. The spacious outdoor area creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for making the most of the Algarve sunshine.



Located close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and Albufeira’s main attractions, Casa do Avî offers the perfect setting for unforgettable holidays in the heart of the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Villa situated in a quiet residential area but restaurants and bars nearby. Host, Olivia responded to all queries quickly and in a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Azzurra exceeded all our expectations. The location is peaceful, yet close to all the amenities and beaches in Albufeira. The terrace upstairs was a lovely surprise, offering great views and a nice spot to unwind. The pool was fantastic, and the outdoor space was ideal for our family. The villa is very well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly helpful.

We had an amazing time at this villa! The outdoor area was absolutely stunning, with a large private pool and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Amazing trip to Albufeira

Our stay at Villa Azzurra was incredible! We were in a group of 6 friends and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable service. From the transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira, everything went perfectly. We arrived before check-in time, around 10am, but the staff was super attentive and allowed us to store our bags for a fair price in a safe space, which was very convenient. The villa itself is wonderful, with a private pool that we made the most of and outdoor areas perfect for relaxing. The environment was peaceful and the house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience and we will be back!

The property was pretty much as listed, spacious, and equipped (apart from no spare basic items such as bin liners etc.). Air con was good, but only in the bedrooms. Wifi was reliable but little signal upstairs. Overall, the place and furnishings need updating. The sunbeds in particular have seen better days, with only one sun shade for the 6 beds. The pool was too cold in late September, being 6 foot deep and unheated or uncovered. You really need a car, or use the excellent uber service, to get around. We weren't allowed access until dead on 4pm despite the property being unoccupied for 5 days prior, that's the first time we've ever had that.

Beautiful property. Pool was clean and it was cleaned while we were there. Only things we found were for the cost per night garbage bins were very cheap and tiny. Tops falling off. Had to change them daily. The large burner didn’t work on the stove and cooking for 4 adults it was frustrating and took long using small frying pans. Wrote about it and they wanted a video and I sent that but didn’t hear back. There was also a terrible gas/sewer smell from the main floor bathroom. Nothing was done about that either. If those were looked after I would stay there again. But our concerns should have been looked after.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Azzurra in Albufeira, and we have nothing but praise to say! We were a group of 7 people, and the house was perfect for our family. The villa is charming, with a welcoming design and very well looked after. The kitchen is large and well equipped, allowing us to prepare family meals with ease. The living room is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the dining room with direct access to the outside was one of our favorite places for meals. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. The suite on the first floor, with the terrace, was one of the highlights for us, providing a charming view and moments of tranquility. The outdoor area is simply fantastic! The private pool is large and well maintained, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and having fun at the ping pong table. The barbecue space was also used a lot, making our evenings even more enjoyable. The location of Villa Azzurra, in Sesmarias, is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time wanting to be close to the amenities of Albufeira. Furthermore, the service we received was excellent from the first contact to the end of our stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful, making sure everything was in order for us to have a perfect vacation. A estadia correu bem! O alojamento estava limpo e correspondeu ao que estava descrito no anĂșncio. A localização Ă©, sem dĂșvida, o seu ponto forte — ideal para quem quer procura as praias mais ou menos por perto. Piscina limpa e com um grelhador no exterior.
