Welcome to Villa Rique, a charming and cozy private 3-bedroom villa located in the countryside of Guia, near Coelha Beach. This villa is ideally located, close to several restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo. It is also near attractions such as Zoomarine, Albufeira Marina, the Old Town, and the lively Albufeira Strip.
The Space:
This air-conditioned, two-story villa features a stylish private pool, a barbecue area, sunbeds, and an inviting relaxation space by the pool. Inside, you’ll find a spacious and well-equipped home that accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy amenities such as a TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, and more—all designed to make your holiday memorable.
On the ground floor, you’ll discover a well-lit living room, a common bathroom, an en suite bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for your daily needs, offering plenty of space for family and friends. It also includes a barbecue area for those delightful outdoor meals.
The first floor houses another en suite bedroom, a third bedroom, and an additional bathroom. This floor also features two balconies to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.
Nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood, Villa Rique offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to numerous leisure activities, making it the perfect spot for your holiday.
