The Villa Rose Bay, located in Ferreiras, Albufeira, is the ideal refuge for your holiday, accommodating up to 11 people (8+3). The property offers Wi-Fi, a private heated saltwater pool (optional extra) and a barbecue.



Upon entering, you will find a winter garden with comfortable sofas for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as access to the laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board. The barbecue is also nearby.



On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) with access to the exterior, and air conditioning. The living room, with sofas and TV, is connected to the dining room, with a large table for group meals.



On the first floor, there are two remaining bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom (with shower).



The property's exterior includes a fenced pool (ideal for families with children), an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. The property also offers private parking for 4 cars.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Beautiful, spacious villa.

Beautiful villa with lovely, well-maintained gardens. Gorgeous courtyard to the rear for pegging out washing. With two little girls aged 3 yrs and 1yr we really appreciated this and the very efficient washing machine. Villa is well laid out with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. There was no bath in any of the four bathrooms. Knowing this beforehand we took an inflatable bath purchased from Amazon with us and it worked a treat. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. Only downside was that the chef’s knife wasn’t sharp - a minor issue which in no way detracted from our enjoyment. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Villa

The Villa is fantastic, but the service levels were very poor, always take photos of what’s wrong with the property prior to visit from the managers visit to you next day as no inventory is done prior to you entering, this is wrong and despite us identifying slight problems, immediately, I was delayed my £500 damage deposit on my return, when I left the Villa in a better state than I entered it, but the property is fantastic!!!

Absolutely fantastic

The property was clean tidy and lots of space. From access to getting into the property, to jumping in the pool was brilliant. I would recommend this company and property to anyone who wants to get away from it all, have some peace and quiet and the luxury to go with it.

Superb villa

Lovely clean tidy villa, it was absolutely well presented and would have no hesitation staying again. Personally, a car is essential, although you can find local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Olivia and her team where very helpful with any quires we had.

Another wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa

The villa is so comfortable, has absolutely everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, very clean and spacious. Location is quiet, however a few minutes drive to albufeira old town. The heated pool was a plus and enjoyed by all during the stay . The Villa representative looked after us so well making sure we had everything we needed, we enjoyed our chats and look forward to our visit next year.
