Really good hotel! Nice coffee place and bar and restaurant within the hotel. Staff was okay. I’ll mention that Dara helped me get a room on 15th floor for a better view so shoutout to her.

Avoid this DUMP at all costs. The staff is terrible (they made me go up and down for their mistakes) first they incorrectly charged me almost 2k for a booking I prepaid for. Then made me come down multiple times for an incidental card they failed to put on the correct “folio.” Want cold food? Just order their “5 star” room service. Love the double tree cookies? Try their cold stale ones (if they have them). Flesh eating amoeba anyone? Their resort style pool is awesome for that. Room had popcorn ceiling falling off, the carpets looked like a Vegas smoking hotel but don’t worry they were finally getting their TVs upgraded to flat screens. 1 elevator for 15 floors. Wonderful for mingling downstairs. This place is an absolute JOKE of a Hilton brand. I’d close it and start over. Another stain on Albuquerque.

Doubletree becoming “Singletree”?

This is my “go to” hotel as I travel through Albuquerque. I will say…things are a bit different as (a) they now charge for parking although it’s on the honor system (if you say you’re using the lot, they charge you) and (b) there was a large blue cable hanging from our ceiling. I believe it was coated Ethernet cable but it was sagging all the way across our ceiling like it was just left there. Other than that…good hotel!

First of all the front desk lady charged our card twice. Then the room was hot and when calling the front desk they did not answer, called them twice and they did not pick up the phone. The a.c did not work. It was an awful experience!
