I liked the room it was clean and smelled fresh however I was a little sad because the last time we stayed here we had a really nice room with a bigger tv, hardwood floors, dresser with a lot of drawers for all our clothes and the room we got this time was really out dated. The only other thing was I didn’t bring a blow dryer because we had one in our room last time this time there was no blow dryer like it said in the room details. My husband had to ask the front desk and the person at the desk let us borrow her personal one.

Avoid this place and save your money. Where do I start…only one staff person in the entire place (per their disclosure). Checked in around 7:30 PM. Room had coffee pods and creamers but no coffee maker. Called desk to have housekeeping deliver one but was told they don’t have any makers or other staff on duty. Went to lobby and thankful they had some there so I could at least get some to heat up in the morning, as my room was quite a distance from lobby. Elevator worked periodically but would get stuck in open door position and lock up. Reported but got a shoulder shrug. Fridge wasn’t cold so I looked inside for a switch, nothing. I had to pull out fridge and found a switch on back side and turned it on. It started working. Sink drain smelled moldy and didn’t drain properly. Floors and curtains were filthy with stains. Vanity light flickered and needed me to tap it to get light to come on fully. Tub creaked loudly and I felt sorry for anyone below us. The corridors looked like they had pee stains on the concrete and walls. But worst of all, MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR. There was exposed wires hanging from the ceiling but not detector. Shame on this hotel for accepting visitors. It looks like they possibly have extended stay folks there but this wasn’t advertised as an extended stay or I would’ve avoided it, as I know that’s a red flag of sorts in my opinion. I plan on contacting corporate.

Clean room. Beds were ok, not great. Shower had hot water. Breakfast was disappointing, with no protein options. No eggs, no sausage, etc. They did have 1 waffle maker. We used the laundry facilities to wash some clothes and they worked well.

Firstly, the reason we booked this place was because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the same luke warm temperature as the pool, and smelled nasty and unkept. The bathtub had mold in the rim around it. The sheets had stains all over them. The carpet in the room also just looked gross. Sure, it was cheap, but dirty is unsafe. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast.

The staff was friendly & attentive. The room was very clean, and had a comfy, king size bed. I liked the bathroom set-up. Easy parking, right in front of our room door. The hotel is 3 story's, with outside entrances. The area was quiet. They served a really great breakfast!! Yum!

Sketchy!!!!! Rooms paper thin. Could hear people all through the night. Room was in rough shape, but bed was clean though. We honestly stayed 4 hours and decided to get back on the road since people around us kept doing talking through the night, so we couldn’t sleep.

I don't complain really ever. I try to only leave good reviews for good places and leave the rest alone, but this place was awful. It was cheap so my expectations were low, but it was dirty, the floors were missing pieces in the room, the door AND the beds were broken, and the front desk person was incredibly rude to me. I would ask for a refund if it wasn't such a hassle.
