Nice overall condition. First floor patio doors open to fenced courtyard, nice for dog owners. Breakfast is basic though reasonable good quality items.

The Querque is a very convenient hotel it is CB located directly off the freeway north south east and west. The hotel is no frills- easy check in/ easy check out. Front desk is friendly. Property has a sauna.

Facility definitely needs a major dose of TLC in some areas. Ceiling paint peeling badly indoor pool area. Tried to take a walk off premises but the area is infested with homeless people.

First i was given keys that didnt work for the door, then we got new keys and we went to the room and it was not cleaned yet and past resident keys laying around, then we finally get the new room and a cocroach is dead on the bathroom floor so we left for dinner asked for them to get it out and when i got back it wasnt gone. disgusting and aweful
