Villa Arancio with private pool

Villa Arancio is located in Alcamo, in a residential complex consisting of two completely independent villas.



This villa is located in the lower part of the complex and offers our guests a spacious car park, a large private swimming pool with a wooden canopy on the east side, a covered veranda, a heated shower next to the pool, and a wooden barricade with a gate for the safety of your children.



Inside it is composed of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a room with two single beds, two spacious bathrooms with shower and a large air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette where there is also a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two more people.



Guests can access the villa through an electronic gate that leads to a spacious car park.

This area is also a common area, but only for passage, with another apartment located in the highest part of the entire structure.



The villa enjoys a strategic position as it is only 1 km from the A29 Palermo - Mazada Del Vallo motorway junction.



You will find supermarkets and shopping centres, supplies, bars and pizzerias, just 3 km from the villa.

to be paid tourist tax, refundable deposit if no damage to the facility and kilowatts.

The first 15 shots per day are free, upon exceeding this, the difference will be requested at check-out, additional kilowatt cost 0.60 cents. The meter will be checked together with our staff both at check-in and check-out.

swimming pool will be closed.
