Nous avons loué cet appartement face au port d Alcudia. Vue à couper le souffle. Appartement trÚs propre. Tout est prévu par l agence... serviettes, torchons, produits d entretien... Pour la réservation, agence TrÚs professionnelle et réactive... Arrivés un dimanche... nous avons récupéré les clés sans problÚme dans une boßte à clés. Le lendemain, depot de la caution a l agence... Personnel trÚs sympa et fait le nécessaire pour communiquer dans notre langue. Aucun problÚme pour récupÚrer la caution. (Le vendredi alors que nous repartons le dimanche...) Départ le dimanche... nous laissons les clés dans l appartement... juste PARFAIT !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment could not be in a more perfect location. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach and the marina. The views are outstanding. It is equipped with anything you could want for a long stay - extra towels, blankets, etc. We loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking with a large refrigerator and everything you need to cook. We were greeted with an amazing welcome package of wine and treats. The host was responsive our entire trip. Would highly recommend!!

Nice apartment.

Great apartment with what you need. Kitchen, enough bedroom and plenty of space. In the middle of Alcudia with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is within walking distance with sun loungers and fantastic swimming opportunities. Will certainly be back at the next opportunity.

Spacious property in spectacular location in Alcudia Port

This apartment on the 4th floor has a lift. It was presented in a clean condition. There was milk, water, fruit and wine provided, unfortunately we did not manage to drink the wine. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cyclists the apartment is perfect to access all the amazing routes and Pollensa close by. There are restaurants below the flat which can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of being on the port and people watching. Ristaurante La Cabana staff below got quite friendly with us and called us the “Vecinos”. There is no pool but it’s right next to the be beach. Loved our stay and would happily return.

Incredible view of Alcudia marina and bay

The view is simply breathtaking. You are on the fourth floor with a big balcony overlooking Alcudia marina and bay. It is simply stunning to sit and watch the sun. the sea, the yachts, and the bustle of the people below. It faces dues south so you get the sun from dawn til dusk. The apartment itself is very big with three good size bedrooms and everything you need. The lounge and dining area is beautiful and full of character - it also shares the amazing view. The apartment is really well equipped with a fab welcome pack and all you need to keep things clean. Check in is easy but do ensure you collect the keys from the agent on the way as it’s a 15 minute walk otherwise. Not a problem though as it’s literally on the road into Alcudia from Palma. Parking is easy in surrounding side streets. Check out is dead easy - lock up and leave Agents were excellent - super helpful

Great apartment with a beautiful south facing balcony over looking the marina and harbour. It is located in the middle of the large pedestrian walkway full of shops and restaurants. Our second visit to Port Alcudia with vrbo and we will be back again. It is so nice I was reluctant to leave a review in case we make it too popular to book again! The apartment was large and clean with everything you need. Nice bottle of wine, crisps and fruit on the table when we arrived. Only small complaint is the wifi is very slow, could not stream anything but ok for web browsing.

Sehr schöne, weitlĂ€ufige Wohnung mit Traumausblick und sonnigem Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr wie man erwartet. Es gab sogar eine elektrische Zitruspresse, somit konnten wir tĂ€glich frisch gepressten Saft genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Great location!!!

The apartment was a great location, right on the Port within easy access of some excellent restaurants and shops. A great balcony to people watch!! The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of things provided that usually cost. Eg. Coffee filters, dish washing tabs . The only disappointment was the welcome by ideal Property. Not very informative, they watched us let our taxi leave, then it was basically, find the property yourself. We couldn’t connect with the apartment WiFi all week but gave up after numerous txt msg with Ideal Property (3 mins away ) but no one came to sort it. We connected to free WiFi of a restaurant nearby!

Prima Wohnung - ideal auch fĂŒr die Nebensaison

Sehr gerĂ€umige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Februar) war es zwar sehr kalt in der Wohnung, aber durch die Klimaanlagen-Heizung und geöffnete Fenster auf der SĂŒdseite (Wohn-/Esszimmer) konnten wir die Wohnung erwĂ€rmen, da das Wetter sehr schön war. HeizlĂŒfter im Bad war ok und auch nötig. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben einen Zugang zum rĂŒckwĂ€rtigen Balkon (Nordseite), wo sich auch das zweite Bad (Duschbad) befindet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster nach draußen, nur zum LĂŒftungsschacht. Wir haben dieses Zimmer als Ankleide benutzt, daher hat uns das nicht gestört. Eine Markise auf dem Balkon wĂ€re schön, vor allem fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt. Auch in der Nebensaison sind mehrere Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte in Puerto de AlcĂșdia geöffnet. Einen Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen zu finden, ist kein Problem im Februar. Man muss aber mind. 100 Meter zum Wohnungseingang laufen, da das Haus in der FußgĂ€ngerzone an der Hafenpromenade liegt (hat uns nicht gestört, nur als Hinweis). Viele TV-Programme in verschiedenen Sprachen, gut funktionierendes WLAN, bequemes Sofa (mit Relax-Funktion). Wir kommen gerne wieder - dann hoffentlich lĂ€nger!

Schöne Wohnung!

Super gelegen, schön und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet! Alles ist vorhanden, aber leider ist die Wohnung nicht wintertauglich. Bei Regen war es auch innen sehr feucht. Das war allerdings das einzige Manko, was ja auf Mallorca auch nicht wirklich hĂ€ufig problematisch ist!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, komfortable Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Hervorzuheben ist die KĂŒchenausstattung. Da fehlt nichts (nur die Kaffemaschine könnte etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer sein). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Top Lage in Port Alcudia mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet fĂŒr zwei Familien mit bis zu 6 Personen. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Beste ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, ringsum GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants und am Abend kann man vom Balkon aus bei einer schönen Sangria das Treiben auf der Promenade beobachten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und wenn wir mal wieder mit Freunden oder der Familie nach Alcudia wollen, versuchen wir ganz sicher noch einmal dieses Appartement zu buchen.

Gut mit einigen MĂ€ngeln

Die Lage ist super in der Vorsaison. SpĂ€ter möchten wir nicht dort sein. Unten im Haus und rund herum lauter Speiselokale d h. Geruchs- und LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung, ausserdem kein Sonnenschutz am Balkon. In unserer Reisezeit war die Wohnung sehr kalt! KĂŒche und Dusche keine Heizmöglichkeit im Badezimmer nur ein MiniheizlĂŒfter. Betten sehr gut und im Haus ist es sehr ruhig.

Fabulous location, everything you need!

Once you find the property it's well worth it! The directions provided were not great, but we found it eventually it's actually door 14 under the La Cabana restaurant, floor 4. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. I would recommend and would return!

The apartment was very good. Great view over the harbour, and everything as promised. Extraordinary good service from the rental company - provided us with extra key when we locked ourselves out. We stayed 3 adults in the apartment - nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
