When you go out of the door to the left and take the first street down, you have some super nice restaurants. You're like 5 minutes away from the beach. Nice little balcony to chill in the evening.

The boiler wasn’t working for the first two days, you’d think this would have been checked before arrival. The apartment is also on a very noisy road, bear in mind I was there during quiet season so I cannot imagine what it’s like in the summer. I left the accom early due to the noise, both outside and inside the building. The property is really nice and spacious but again, the noise is a huge thing. How are you supposed to relax when you can hear everything upstairs, next door, in the hallway and outside.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und sehr sauber. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gemangelt Die Betten war zum einen zu klein (1,40 m) und zum anderen unbequem

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, nagyon közel a tengerparthoz és az éttermekhez, bárokhoz. Saját garázsbeállóval nagyon megkönnyítette a parkolást. Az apartman elosztása is tökéletes volt. Jól felszerelt volt. Az egyetlen negatívum az volt, hogy az ágy borzasztóan nyikorgott, illetve szúnyogháló jól jött volna az esti szellőztetéshez.

Für uns ( 2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) hat die Unterkunft perfekt gepasst! Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden( Töpfe, Teller,.....). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hermoso apartamento!!!

La ubicación, el apartamento y que tenga lugar para el coche. El edificio (entrada y escaleras) no estaba muy limpio. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, solo nos faltó una aspiradora y nos hubiera gustado otro juego de llaves porque éramos 2 matrimonios y cuando salíamos por separado teníamos que acordar quien llegaba primero.

Muy cómodo, bonito y muy bien ubicado

El apartamento era tal cual como lo indicaban. Puerto de Alcudia es un hermoso lugar, tranquilo, buenos restaurants y bonitas playas. Un muy buen punto para hospedarte y desde allí, en auto llegar a todos los bellos lugares que tiene la isla. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al llegar, pero el personal de IPM se movió rápido para solucionarlo. Sin dudas volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Geräumige Unteerkunft mit guter Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Gute Lage für Strandurlaub. Alles Nötige zu Fuss erreichbar. Küche ist klein, aber für den Urlaub ausreichend und gut ausgestatet. Wir waren zwei Frauen und zwei Kids 3J und 4J, genug Zimmer, zwei Badezimmer, für uns perfekt und ohne Stress mit der Lage für Badeferien.

Für unsere 3 Kinder absolut super gelegen. Gegenüber der Spielplatz und super nah zum Strand. Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe oder in der Tiefgarge. Die Unterkunft selbst war toll gestaltet und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalz keine Wünsche offen ließen. Für uns sehr tolle 4 Wochen. Danke.
