Inside the property you will find a spacious and bright living room with two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a large table to enjoy an exquisite meal with your family/friends, 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



In the exterior, you will find the marvellous swimming pool with a parasol and some sun loungers around it, a terrace with outdoor furniture and beautiful views.

The property was pretty much exactly as described and in great condition on arrival with a charming rustic feel. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable and well equipped. The garden and pool were immaculate and very popular with the kids. The size and proportion of all the rooms overall were fantastic and we felt it great value for the money. Only reason we didn’t give a 5 all the way was that some of the floors in kitchen and living area were a bit grubby/sticky otherwise a fantastic finca for a holiday!

Es Clos ist eine geräumige Finca mit mallorquinischem Charakter und wir haben unseren Familienurlaub (4 Erwachsene und ein Dreijähriger) trotz einiger Unannehmlichkeiten dort genossen. Die Gartenanlage mit dem Pool ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir leider Teller und Tassen sowie vorhandene Tischsets verschmutzt vor. Die Ausstattung an Gläsern und Kaffeetassen war für die Anzahl der Personen sehr knapp bemessen. Die Textilien der Innen- und Außenmöbel waren fleckig und teilweise eingerissen. Im Küchenbereich war ein Baustrahler aufgestellt, da die festmontierte Beleuchtung nicht funktionsfähig war. Auch funktionierte die Beleuchtung im Kellerraum (Stand der Waschmaschine) nicht.An einem Schlafzimmerfenster fehlten die Außenklappläden, sodass es leider bei Starkregen hineinregnete.Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, den wir über diese Mängel informiert haben, bedauerte diese Unannehmlichkeiten aufrichtig und wird entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen.
