Vue sur la mer, un pur bonheur

Je recommande 1000 fois ce charmant appartement avec une vue magnifique. La propriétaire est adorable, et trÚs disponible. Chemin cotier au départ de l'appartement et terrasse super agréable.

GerÀumige Wohnung mut sehr schöner Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung, sehr hochwertige Fliesen in Bad und KĂŒche, ein paar mehr Becher und FrĂŒhstĂŒcksteller wĂ€ren schön. Ende September ist der Ort sehr leer und einige Restaurants in der Gegend geschlossen. DafĂŒr ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Marina di Novaglie

Come essere sereni

Accoglienza veramente ottima la posizione della casa Ăš a dir poco strategica ma anche magica in quanto il panorama Ăš veramente unico la zona Ăš molto tranquilla la terrazza Ăš il pezzo forte in quanto puoi anche passarci delle giornate intere in vero relax.

Oggi abbiamo finito la nostra settimana di vacanza nel incantevole Salento, in una appartamento carinissima e cin tutto il necesssrio vista mare con una terrazza attrezzata con tutti comfort spettacolare! La gentilissima Livia non solo simpatica e disponibile ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli dove e cosa fare (che sono tanti!) Insomma settimana da dio e la consiglio vivamente!! GIUSEPPE

Abitazione nel segno della pulizia,della semplicita' e della cordialita' della gente del posto

Soggiorno che ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative(eravamo in due coppie con una bambina di 15 anni)sia a livello di abitazione (pulita,vivibile nella sua semplicita' ,favolosa per la sua posizione strategica e per la terrazza che regala serate dal tocco poetico in cui cielo e mare si uniscono in un unico paesaggio mozzafiato).Consigliatissimo per chi ama la natura con possibilità di camminate per sentieri,visite alle grotte in barca kayak o snorkeling,biciclettate lungo la litoranea tra Otranto e Leuca passando per Castro e Santa Cesarea uniche per paesaggio.Comunque potrete sempre confidare nei sinceri consigli della proprietaria Livia che nn manchera' di consigliarvi su dove mangiare e su cosa visitare dato che conosce tutto del posto.Per gli amanti comunque dei lidi sabbiosi nn disperate perché in circa venti minuti potrete raggiungere le località conosciute come Maldive del Salento distanti pochi kilometri da Novaglie.In definitiva nn dimenticando di ringraziare Livia per la notte del venerdi regalatoci e evitandoci la partenza da bollino rosso nn posso che definire anche per rapporto qualità/prezzo questa struttura come CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!!

Gorgeous spot for a relaxing holiday!

Looking out at the sea from the roof terrace was fantastic. We also loved swimming and snorkelling in the pristine waters around Marina di Novaglie, reachable on foot. Marina di Novaglie was perfect for us- small with friendly people, not at all overrun—just perfect. The flat suited our needs perfectly, too. It was convenient to have the washing machine to do laundry. We especially enjoyed grilling on the balcony and having dinner outside. Livia and Bruno were very helpful and responded immediately to any questions, also giving us great tips for local excursions and restaurants. Our only suggestion would be to clarify for visitors that linens are not included in the house rental, but can be provided for a small fee on request. We’d only brought beach towels, so that worked great for us. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Vacanza semplicemente fantastica! La gentilissima e disponibilissima Livia ci ha messo a disposizione questo bellissimo appartamento con splendida terrazza super attrezzata vista mare. Grigliate fantastiche, persone simpaticissime e location da urlo, non avremmo potuto desiderare di piĂč! Comoda da raggiungere e a 10 minuti da qualsiasi cosa si cerchi! 10 e lode!

bella, funzionale e accogliente

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevolissima! La casa Ăš pulitissima, fresca, spaziosa e confortevole, essenziale nell'arredamento, il che in vacanza puĂČ essere un valore aggiunto. Il terrazzo Ăš semplicemente fantastico, ancora piĂč bello che in fotografia. I proprietari sono cordialissimi, simpatici e disponibili a qualsiasi intervento o a spiegazioni e consigli. Il mare Ăš il piĂč bello di tutta la costa salentina, per chi ama lo scoglio non c'Ăš niente di meglio, e comunque quando si vuole trascorrere una giornata piĂč riposante in spiaggia basta spostarsi di pochi chilometri in auto. Anche il prezzo non Ăš stato esorbitante! La consiglio a tutti quelli che amano il Salento e anche a chi non lo conosce

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre ferie in quest'appartamento a metĂ  settembre... La sua posizione strategica c'ha le permesso d goderci il Salento a pieno... Vogliamo parlare della terrazza? Quella vista c'ha regalato dell'emozione fantastiche sia a colazione che per i nostri lunghi aperitivi... Ciliegina sulla torta... Aver a che fare con Livia, proprietaria dell'immobile che con la sua disponibilitĂ  e suggerimenti ci ha deliziato... Ve la raccomando...

La terrazza sul mare!

La terrazza della Frisella ha decisamente migliorato la nostra vacanza. Al mare ci siamo andati al mattino e nel tardo pomeriggio. Nelle ore piĂč calde (e piĂč affollate) ce ne stavamo su questa fantastica terrazza. L’appartamento non e’ mai troppo caldo, perche’ il sole ci batte solo al mattino. Sul terrazzo di sotto, quello da cui si accede dalla cucina, si puĂČ stare comodamente anche a pranzo: tanto e’ in ombra. La TV non l’abbiamo mai accesa: col buio stavamo in terrazza a guardare le stelle. Decisamente da consigliare!!!! I+G+R+M

Nice appartment with splendid terrace

The appartment is really nice looking and comfortable. The roof terrace is really big with a splendid view to the sea. The seashore is at a short walking distance so no need to take the car, it's really an advantage. Decisamente una bella vac...

Decisamente una bella vacanza: l'appartamento Ăš stato ristrutturato da poco ed Ăš molto accogliente, comodo e pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato alcuni particolari che con semplicitĂ  rendono comunque l'ambiente molto bello e confortevole. La terrazza attrezzata consente di godersi un bell'aperitivo o una cena, magari di pesce alla griglia! L'unico appunto Ăš la mancanza del condizionatore: nonostante la casa sia piuttosto ventilata e per la maggior parte della permanenza non vi siano stati problemi, in alcuni momenti il caldo si Ăš fatto sentire. In conclusione, consiglierei sicuramente l'appartamento: accogliente, comodo e posizionato all'ingresso di marina di Novaglie che trovo assolutamente incantevole.
