Herlig rom i høyden og med utsikt, med balkong og badekar, rent,lyst og fint, trivelig og serviceminded personale. Nydelig frokost! Litt trasig at kjøkkenet var stengt når man ankommer kl 2030. Veldig sentralt, samt nært mulig turområde. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Rommene er slitt og trenger en del vedlikehold. Måtte bytte rom da pakning rundt vinduet ikke var tett og lagde en HØY suse lyd hele natten. Ga beskjed og personellet fikset nytt rom til meg med en gang. Etter min mening bør de bytte ut håndklærne da en kan se at de er meget tynnslitt. Det andre rommet virker det som om at rør/sluk er på vei til å bli tett. Gulvet i dusjen fyller seg opp og en står da i vann og såpe. Sluken i vasken har samme problemet fyller seg opp selv om proppen er fjernet. Badet på dette rommet er meget lite og når en skal gå inn i dusjen må du trekke inn magen ganske godt for å komme deg inn for en kan ikke åpne dusjdørene ordentlig da vask og do er i veien. Ellers ligger Hotellet meget sentralt.

Oppskriften på en trist natt i Ålesund.

Innbydende resepsjon pusset opp tidlig 2000, men der stopper det positive.. Slitt gammelt hotell! Malt, men rommene er ikke gjort noe med på mange år. Elendige senger. Her nå noen ta tak! Rett og slett trist på alle områder.

Veldig små rom, kun plass til seng, knapt plass til å gå rundt den. Tett sluk i dusjen, berre flaks det ikkje rant over. Og knøttlite bad, knøttliten dusj, lite plass til toalettsaker, enorm vask så det var umulig for folk av normal størrelse å bruke speilet til sminking. Alt i alt eit slitent preg. Hadde venta meir for ei overnatting som kosta 2200, absolutt ikkje representativt for normal standard i Ålesund.

Grei beliggenhet men dyrt å parkere i nærliggende parkeringshus. Litt dårlig utvalg på frokost i forhold til andre hoteller men fungerer. Veldig hyggelig resepsjoniser på dagtid, ikke så hyggelig på kveld/natt. Vi hadde 3 rom og det var ikke rent på noen av rommene, og tykke støvlag. For rommene med balkong var det ikke noe utemøbler. Dyrt i forhold til andre hoteller.

Rommet (et familierom delux) hadde ikke badekar, selv om det sto på hotels.com (og var feil på deres side og ikke på hotellets egen). Det bar preg av at det var gammelt og slitt, men det var veldig god seng, rent og romslig så det gjorde ikke så mye. God frokost med godt utvalg.

Sentrumsopphold i Ålesund

Sentrumshotell med kort avstand til hurtigbåtkai. Seng med grei komfort. Baderomsvindu og lys over speil burde vært rengjort. Lurt å ha tv plassert foran sengen og ikke på sidevegg slik at en slipper å se skrått på tv. Frokosten var god med varm og kald mat.
