Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), and the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away.
The ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are a twenty-minute drive away.

The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

The Chalet has a very spacious living area that can easily accommodate 8 people or more. It offers magnificent views of the Parmelan massif, the Dents de Lanfon and the Dent du Cruet.

The bright, modern living room features a large sofa and is completely surrounded by windows. A large television allows you to enjoy a movie with your family.

The living room, connected to the open kitchen, has a small sitting area next to the wood-burning stove, as well as a large solid oak table that seats 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.).

Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, including one with an additional bunk bed.

The chalet has two separate toilets, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Outside, a south-facing terrace and large dining table look out onto a magnificent garden.

Here you'll find apple, mirabelle, plum, raspberry, hazelnut, rosehip, peach, lilac, hornbeam, vines and much more. As well as fresh herbs for your summer salads (chives, mint, oregano, basil), depending on the season!

Come and recharge your batteries in this corner of paradise at the foot of the hiking trails!
