The lower level has a large family room with separate ping pong table & foosball in a game room but the highlight of the basement is the wet bar with the pass through window into the game room. The wet bar also includes a full size refrigerator and stove/cook top. The lower level boasts three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom (shower). The first bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom offers two queen beds. The large lot on the lake side will be sure to please everyone with plenty of space for yard games. Step onto the dock and enjoy the water with plenty of lake toys to suit all ages. We offer two Stand Up Paddle boards and two kayaks as well as a new lily pad for the little ones to float on the water. We do have a 20ft pontoon (sits 10) with a 60hp motor available for rent. Winter months - although we have regular snow removal in the winter, the driveway is very steep & we highly recommend 4 wheel drive. Alexandria has numerous fishing tournaments during the winter along with 400 miles of trails for 4 wheeling & snowmobiles. We do have access to help you with rentals of equipment.
