Not dog friendly at all. Located on a very busy street with one patch of grass on the busy corner. My dogs were terrified of the constant semi trucks. Major mildew smell in the room, I needed to hold my breath to enter. Towels and sheets were constantly damp. No vending machines or water bottle stations. Only snacks for purchase at the desk, $3 for a small bottled water. I would only stay here for 1 night in an emergency. Other than that, I would not stay here again.

You truly get what you pay for. The staff is super nice! So if you don’t mind a property with rooms that need painting, and interior doors that need replacing then you will be fine. The rooms were clean despite the lack of maintenance

Tthis hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is economical, so there is not a Lot of frills/extras. The best part for me was the fact that they accept pets and it was a nice clean room, not a former smoking room. They do have a laundry room and a small fitness center. I noticed the Outdoor pool was not open And I stayed there the beginning of June. I did not ask why because I didn’t have time to use the pool. The staff was very nice and informative. My only negative issue is Their location. Tthey are Sandwiched in between two highways and a very busy community Road. they could use more signage, letting the public know where the hotel entrance is as there is only one entrance/exit.

The bathroom in my room needed some cosmetic touch ups. There was chipped paint or pieces of wall paper missing around the edges by the door and tub. It would be nice to have an instruction sheet on how to use the TV. Everything else was fine.

Good place to lay your head
I needed a place to lay my head for a night as I was doing some sightseeing in DC and then leave relatively early in the morning. This served that purpose. The staff was friend. Breakfast was plentiful (with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt). The hotel is run down with lots of tile broken in the elevators. I had room 214 and noise from the dryer across the way could be heard. The upside is that is also where the ice is. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were nice.

Pleasantly surprised.
Met needs of trip and friendly staff during our interactions. Will keep on my list of places to stay when travelling near DC. Side note, metro a short 2 min drive down the road and the easy on-off to interstate is a plus.
