▫️ Guest Regulations
• For Arab passport holders, couples are required to present a valid official marriage certificate upon check-in.
• Visitors of the opposite sex are not permitted unless they are first-degree relatives.

▫️ House Rules
• Pets are not allowed (even the really cute ones) unless otherwise approved.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited (even quiet ones).
• Please respect your neighbors and keep noise levels low between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Complimentary weekly housekeeping is provided. Daily housekeeping available on request for $20/day.
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM at your convenience.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

▫️ Cancellation Policy
• Full refund: cancellations within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund: cancellations at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refund: cancellations within 7 days of check-in.

▫️ Late Check-out (subject to availability)
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM → 25% of daily rate
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM → 50% of daily rate
• After 6:00 PM → 100% of daily rate (full night)

• لا يُسمح باستقبال زوار من الجنس الآخر إلا إذا كانوا من الأقارب من الدرجة الأولى.

• غير مسموح بدخول الحيوانات الأليفة (حتى اللطيفة جدًا) إلا بموافقة مسبقة.
• يُمنع إقامة الحفلات أو المناسبات (حتى الهادئة منها).
• يُرجى احترام الجيران والحفاظ على الهدوء من الساعة 12:00 منتصف الليل حتى 8:00 صباحًا.
• خدمة نظافة أسبوعية مجانية. خدمة يومية عند الطلب مقابل 20 دولار يوميًا.
• تسجيل الوصول: من الساعة 3:00 مساءً.
• تسجيل المغادرة: الساعة 11:00 صباحًا.

▫️ سياسة الإلغاء
• استرداد كامل: إلغاء خلال 48 ساعة من الحجز بشرط أن يكون الوصول بعد 14 يومًا على الأقل.
• استرداد 50%: إلغاء قبل 7 أيام على الأقل من الوصول.
• لا يوجد استرداد: إلغاء خلال 7 أيام من الوصول.
