A wonderful stay

I just had another wonderful stay at Rixos Montaza Hotel Alexandria, and once again, the team made it truly special. First, I want to thank Mr. Abdelrahman (Reception Manager) for his constant help and warm welcome—he really goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The whole Reception team was also fantastic, always smiling and ready to assist. This time, I tried the Anjana Spa in the king Foad Building, and it was so relaxing—big thanks to Martina, Lana, and Smily for their amazing service. At Niyra Beach, Mohamed Abdallah was a highlight—always cheerful and quick to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious as always. -Turquoise Restaurant: Breakfast was a treat, especially the poached egg with salmon and avocado made by Chef Ahmed—so tasty! Dinner was just as good, with the seafood plate and pizza being my favorites. -L’Comtess Restaurant: Hossam and the team gave me great service, and the food was outstanding—every dish was full of flavor. I also did the Montaza Tour this time, and it was so interesting—seeing the attraction, king's train, tea castle, green house and castles was a unique experience. Definitely recommend it! Thank you again, Rixos Montaza, for another perfect stay. Your team’s kindness and attention to detail make this hotel one of my favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay

My stay at Rixos Montaza Alexandria was amazing! A huge thank you to Abdelrahman, the Reception Manager, for making everything so special. The food at L’Olivio Restaurant was delicious the chefs are so talented Ahmed and his team made every meal perfect. Also a special thank you to Chef Ahmed No3man’s for his rice pudding it was delicious. La Comtesse Restaurant felt like dining in a real royal castle such a unique experience. Hossam Salah and Chef Ahmed El Ameen made it unforgettable. The Anjana Spa was so peaceful, with stunning views. I left feeling completely relaxed. Note they just provide you with 1 hr only per reservation. What really made my stay perfect that the staff and everyone was so kind and trying to help you. I felt so welcome. Note: There are 4 hotels open now, with more coming soon. I stayed in the Nariman Hotel, for sure there are still things need to be changed for example the beach area needs to be more cleaned and have more facilities also they need to increase the golf cars. i believe that once everything is fully open, it’s going to be even more incredible. I can’t wait to come back thank you, Rixos Montaza

Amazing place by all means, staff were very cooperative and friendly, but as it is still a “soft opening”, didn’t have many options for restaurants. I’ve seen better breakfast buffet and service. I also recommend adding music at the pools and near the beach. For limousine service to Nuweiba (as our flight was cancelled), they asked for $500, while outside hotel service costs $150 at max, in a private SUV. One last thing, I was sad to see the public part of Almuntaza so dirty, although the hotel has nothing to do with it.

Our stay at Rixos Montaza Alexandria was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The facilities were immaculate—clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach—we were just 30 feet from the water, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the stunning coastline at any time of day. Whether lounging by the shore or walking through the pristine property, everything felt peaceful and luxurious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience by the sea.

This property has just opened. It's very nice and i reserved a Suite by the sea which was magnificent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This property is in the best location in Alexandria and i highly recommend it.
