Cas Misser - Luxury finca for large groups
Beautiful luxury rustic finca with a total area of ââ21,000 m2, consisting of a set of 4 independent buildings and isolated from each other.
This farm has all the advantages of an individual property, but can accommodate groups of up to 29 people in the 4 homes, in a total of 13 bedrooms plus 2 rooms for extra beds, with 4 independent kitchens, 4 separate rooms and a large glass room perfect as a meeting point with space for up to 40 guests.The maximum total capacity of the houses is up to 25 adults. Additional and free of charge, up to 4 children (under 12 years old) can be added. For legal reasons, in no case will overnight stays be allowed for groups of greater capacity than authorized for each of the homes.
The complex, surrounded by terraces and gardens, consists of the following 3 houses with independent holiday tourist license:
a) Ca's Misser: beautiful old house full of charm and history. This house is composed of a main building, with a large kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite with the master bedroom), a beautiful room in the oldest part of the house and a spacious loft.Accessory and next to the large pool that has this house, we find an annexed building that is completely independent. This building has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a living-dining room. Its location next to the pool makes this stay a perfect location to enjoy the pool and the good weather of Mallorca.The Ca's Misser farm is registered in the Register of Tourist Housing, with a capacity of up to 9 adults (over 12 years).
b) Ca's Misser Petit: housing of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite), living room and 1 large room dedicated to dining and with a capacity of up to 40 guests, perfect for family gatherings. The Ca's Misser Petit farm is registered in the Tourist Housing Registry, with a capacity of up to 8 adults (over 12 years old).
c) Sa Nau: housing of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite in the master bedroom), living room and kitchen. The house is surrounded by grass, which gives a great freshness in the hot Mallorcan summers.The Sa Nau farm is registered in the Tourist Housing Register, with a capacity of up to 8 adults (over 12 years old).
All bedrooms have air conditioning except the attic of the old house.Each house has its private services (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, appliances, etc.), which make each group feel comfortable, with the privacy and privacy desired. The extensive garden that surrounds the farm has a volleyball net, soccer goals, table tennis, a parking for 8 cars and various environments where you can relax to read a book, have a tea or enjoy the calm and relax. environment.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.Algaida, known for its good gastronomy and its ancient traditions is one of the largest municipalities in extension of Pla de Mallorca. Located in the center of the island, you can easily reach points of interest, both in the north of the island, the Sierra de Tramontana and the paradisiacal beaches of the south of Mallorca or the capital of the island, Palma. Only 5 minutes by car from the farm you can find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and 20 minutes the well-known Playa de Palma or s'Arenal, ideal for leisure time.
If you arrive by the Manacor highway, you will see a series of elements immersed in the landscape that personalize the town; the almond trees, the figuerals, old hostels and undulating paths that take us to Randa, the highest mountain in Pla and the best viewpoint in the interior of Mallorca. In Algaida, a balance between the elements of the mountain and the plain is clearly manifested, both in the forms of its wide landscape and in its inhabitants.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 150⏠of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 150⏠of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35âŹ/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all rooms and common areas and lounges. They can be set to heat mode during the winter. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20⏠per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.Free Wifi in all homes and very good signal in most of the outdoor areas.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.In case of leasing the property for the celebration of events, the lessee will have the obligation to request to his position any type of administrative authorization that for this is necessary.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

We greatly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the villa. The property is well maintained and clean and offered plenty of space for our group to enjoy our time together. We cooked most of our meals at the villa and the kitchens are very well equipped for meal prep. A couple of small notes - (1) we stayed for about a week with mild weather (didn't use much AC) and our electricity usage was about 2x the included consumption with the booking. If we were there in peak summer, we'd have used a lot more and might have been surprised by the costs as this is not something I have encountered with other bookings. (2) the cost of the villa is relatively high and they assume you can pay by bank transfer (IBAN) - which as an non-European, I cannot. So I paid by credit card, which was initially rejected by their payment processor. I figured out that this was due to the size of the transaction - I broke the payment into three smaller amounts and it worked. But I assumed that a highly managed property like this would have been more seamless for payment - I cannot have been the first person booking a 1 week stay from outside Europe - but the team didn't know why my payments were not working.Other than these two small issues - the stay was wonderful!
Wir waren Anfang August fĂŒr eine Woche mit 25 Personen im Cas Misser und es war einfach nur genial! Mega netter EigentĂŒmer der uns bei Anreise Selbst alles gezeigt hat, absolut sauber, sehr schön und luxuriös ausgestattet und eingerichtet, bei Ankunft waren sĂ€mtliche KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke gefĂŒllt mit frischem Obst und GetrĂ€nken, zusĂ€tzlich Wasserspender mit ausreichend Nachschub in jedem Haus! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!
AnlĂ€sslich meines 30. Geburtstag, habe ich die Finca gebucht. Wir waren 19 Personen und hatte genĂŒgend Platz. Zu unserer groĂen Freude war die Finca komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Womit wir nicht gerechnet haben. Die HĂ€user sind alle auf dem neusten Stand. Ein paar Startschwierigkeiten hatten wir allerdings. Der Pool war die ersten Tage grĂŒn, da die Pumpe ausgefallen war. Dies ist uns aber erst spĂ€ter aufgefallen. Wir haben direkt Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer aufgenommen. Dieser hat sofort Abhilfe geschaffen und auch von der Reiseagentur Portic Villas war wenige Stunden spĂ€ter jemand vor Ort. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca und alle haben sich WohlgefĂŒhles. Das Einzige, was ggf. noch gemacht werden muss, ist die AuĂenanlagen. Die lĂ€sst noch ein bisschen zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Die Sonnenliegen entsprechen nicht dem Standard, genauso wie die PlastikstĂŒhle aus dem Baumarkt. Es gibt Schlaglöcher auf den Gehwegen und auch die Treppenstufen sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und abgebrochen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Ich empfehle die Finca zu 100 % weiter. Vielen Dank.
Schönes Finca GelÀnde, alles recht gut in Stand, viel Platz, toller, weiter Blick auf die Berge und sehr nah an Palma (20min mit dem Auto).
DarĂŒber hinaus wirkt die Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermietern unkompliziert und zuverlĂ€ssig.
