The development, right on the beachfront, provides direct access to the sea and features a seasonal community pool subject to the community rules, as well as beautiful communal gardens, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and sun enjoyment.



The layout of the house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage for one vehicle, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, along with a porch that invites moments of tranquility. Upstairs, you’ll discover four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, in addition to two bathrooms. Complete this experience with a spacious solarium on the top floor, offering magnificent views.
