LOCATION GREAT BUT IN NEED OF SOME REFURBISHMENT.

THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS FIRST CLASS, THE VIEWS IN THE MORNING OF THE SEA AND FISHING BOATS IS WONDERFULL. THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE FIXTURES AND FITTINGS IS OF A GOOD STANDARD BUT THE BATHROOM FACILITIES ARE OVERDUE FOR REFURBISHMENT. ALL IN ALL WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY.

En payant 300 par nuit en hors saison je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux que ça. Les photo ne reflète pas l'état réel de l'appartement. Récupération des clefs à 18h au lieu de 16h j'étais déjà de bonne humeur d'avoir attendu 40 minutes devant la porte de l'immeuble... 15c dans l'appartement à notre arrivée...Odeur de renfermé catastrophique dans l'appartement obligé de laver même les vêtements propre tellement l'odeur de l'appartement c'etait imprégné.... Plusieurs infiltration d'eau visible aux plafonds... Je pense que c'est un appartement qui n'est plus aux normes électrique. Cuisine, climatisation, système d'eau chaude et literie d'un autre temps tout comme les équipements (vaiselle, etc). Un amis à même préféré dormir dans sont van que de dormir dans cette appartement.... Seuls points positif de l'appartement, la vue et les salles de bain rénovées assez récemment mais avec des joints de douche moisi. Plus que déçu je ne retournerais jamais dans cette appartement ! ! !
