The ground floor presents a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table, cable television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the covered terrace. The first bedroom on this level features 2 single beds (100 cm each) and a private bath with WC, also benefiting from terrace access. A second bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 french bed and likewise opens onto the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining nook and provides direct exit to the terrace as well. A separate shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 2 single beds (100 cm each) and each served by its own bath with WC, with access to the balcony. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are also available on this level. The outdoor spaces include a balcony and 2 covered terraces furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for 8 guests. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
