Beautiful new villa on a hill that oversees Alghero and the sea, surrounded by olive trees. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living area, a veranda with a bbq, a garden and a terrace. The house was inaugurated in summer 2023 and has only been occupied by its owners during the summer 2023. It is very spacious (90+ sqm) and can perfectly host up to 6 people. From the veranda and the terrace you can appreciate the beautiful Capo Caccia and the sea, with breathtaking sunsets while enjoying an aperitivo.The kitchen includes a hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with fridge and all the elements needed to cook and eat comfortably. There's also a washing machine in a separate room. The house is inside a private neighbourhood surrounded by other villas in the same mediterranean style, and has access to a shared swimming pool. It also has a private parking that fits one car. It is 5’ drive from Alghero downtown, 10’ drive from the most famous beaches of Alghero, 15’ drive from the Alghero airport and 30’ from Porto Torres hub. It is the perfect solution if you are looking to have a relaxing holiday in the middle of nature but close to the city and the sea, with the choice to spend a day at the beach or stay at home and enjoy the swimming pool. Alghero is a cozy vibrant city during the summer, with plenty of options of restaurants, bars and a pedestrian area (old town) with many shops. Alghero hosts some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, with white sand and deep blue mediterranean sea.
