Villa Llanos de la Plata welcomes you in an exclusive environment on the northern slope of the Sierra de Mijas, next to the prestigious Lauro Golf. This spectacular holiday villa with heated pool and sauna offers a unique experience on the Costa del Sol. Located just 14 km from the beach and less than 20 minutes from MĂĄlaga airport, it combines the tranquility of a rural area with proximity to shopping centers, restaurants and points of interest such as MĂĄlaga, Marbella, and Ronda.



The property extends over 1,300 mÂČ of private plot with well-maintained gardens, a heated salt chlorination swimming pool and a children's area for the little ones. With capacity for 12 people in 5 double bedrooms, the villa is designed for maximum comfort with 240 mÂČ distributed over two floors. The 40 mÂČ living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV and access to platforms such as Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime, ideal for moments of relaxation. The independent kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your best meals.



Outside, you will enjoy a barbecue area and outdoor dining, a Finnish sauna that can be hired by the hour, a ping pong table and football table in the main suite, and spacious gardens with hammocks and children's games. In addition, it has a charger for electric cars and private parking for several vehicles, with direct access to the main roads to explore the Costa del Sol.



The heated swimming pool is maintained at 28ÂșC during the low season (from October 1st to April 30th) and has a fixed glass cover in winter, as well as a thermal blanket to maintain the temperature. Pool heating has a daily supplement, and is only available with a reservation for the entire stay. The villa also has a security system with integrated alarm and camera.



Its privileged location allows easy access to the nearby bus station, golf courses such as Lauro Golf and Alhaurin Golf, supermarkets and sandy and rocky beaches. In addition, it is close to attractions such as Aqualand Torremolinos, Tivoli World and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, allowing you to enjoy a variety of activities throughout the year.

Nous Ă©tions 7 adultes et 4 enfants . TrĂšs belle maison comportant tout les Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaires. TrĂšs propre. Bien situĂ©e a 20 min de malaga-TorrĂ©molinos .Juan Cubo qui s'est occupĂ© de la location est trĂšs gentil , disponible , serviable et tres correcte .Seul petit point nĂ©gatif , il y a un chenil juste Ă  cotĂ© de la maison .Pour ceux qui ont un sommeil lĂ©ger , cela peut etre gĂȘnant ..Je recommande et y retournerai surement ..

Joli écrin de tranquilité au coeur de l'Andalousie

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, soucieux de nous satisfaire dans toutes nos demandes (matériel et jeux pour tout petit, ...). Nous avons passé une semaine sous le signe du repos, du soleil et des visites. La villa offre tout le confort souhaité tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Seul petit bémol, présence d'un chenil à proximité (aboiements diurne et nocturne!) A refaire malgré tout avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Really enjoyed our stay in the villa - beautiful home and with a nice (heated) pool. The location is a bit remote and we had a few questions about the check out, but unfortunately the agency and contact person were unreachable for the entire Easter weekend

nice house

Nice house with a little negative experience. First of all i need to say that the check in and check out process went very well. Also the house and garden are very nice as described. There was a little irritation for the heating of the pool. In the offer it was described that the pool is heated from october till april and it can only be used by paying an additional fee which is ok. When I asked via chat function of „Fewo direkt App“ (Button „contact host“) if i have to do anything in advance, a person (Mohamed) gave me the feedback that everything will be fine. This took place 2 weeks in advance. After our arrival we found out that the pool was not heated as requested and I was told after having called the agency office of Cubo that it was my fault as i contacted the wrong person. I think this procedure should be optimized as the customer is neither able nor responible for figuring out which feedback is reliable and which is not. I confirmed on saturday to book the heating and paid the heated pool from monday to friday fĂŒr 80€ per day. Finally someone came on monday to start the heating, means on monday the pool still was cold but already paid. That made me and the group a little disapointed. Everything else during the week was perfect.

Great house

We normally stay in an apartment at Lauro Golf but as they were sold out we opted for Villa Llanos instead and it worked perfectly. Its only a 5 minute walk from the house to Lauro Golf. The house was nice and the pool great after a warm day playing golf. Highly recommendable.

Dejlig feriebolig med god plads til 12 personer. Dejlig poolomrÄde, med diverse aktiviteter.

Vi var 12 personer, hvoraf 4 var bÞrn i alderen 4-7 Är. Vi brugte det meste af tiden ved poolen, mest fordi bÞrnene helst ville vÊre her. Manglende busforbindelser betÞd vi mÄtte benytte taxi flere gange. Vi havde dog lejet bil, men kun til 4 personer, sÄ det blev en dyr omgang, nÄr vi skulle ud af huset. Selve huset fungerede fint, dog med enkelte mangler, sÄ som bestik og porcelÊn til 12 personer. Alt i alt en dejlig ferie i en dejlig feriebolig, som ligger noget afsides i forhold til by og strand.

Great Holiday!

A fantastic, relaxing week in a lovely property. Nice rooms and really comfortable lounge. There was a shortage of wine glasses and bowls in the kitchen, but this is only a minor point in what is a very well equipped kitchen. The pool and grounds were fantastic for the adults and also the kids, lots to do and it made for a really relaxing weeks holiday. The owners/property management team were also very helpful with any queries. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again!!

Great house for families

We (6 adults & 5 kids) spent two weeks at this house and we loved it. The house and the garden were nice and clean. The kitchen in the house is well equipped to prepare meals for 11 people. The best thing was the outdoor kitchen with the barbecue. We loved it to have a nice cold drink while preparing our dinner on the barbecue. The garden is nicely maintained and the pool invites for a refreshing swim. The kids area is nice as well, maybe it is a little bit pity that the ground of the kids area are little rocks and it can be a little bit dangerous when they go down the slide. One thing someone mentioned before: "From time to time you can hear some dogs bark, apparently there is a hunter in the distant neighbourhood that holds a bunch of dogs." That's a little bit annoying. Apart from that is the area quite tranquil. If there is a problem with the house you can contact Juan/Susan everytime and they try to fix the problem as soon as possible. We had a problem with fridge, it was solved in 1,5 days. Luckily there was a spare fridge in the outdoor kitchen. We would rent this place again any time and recommend it to friends and family.

Hemos estado cinco días estupendo, mucho mejor de lo que ya imaginåbamos, a la casa no le falta un detalle, limpieza impecable el buen tiempo nos ha hecho que podamos disfrutar de la piscina climatizada, los niños se han divertido muchísimo. Traditionally Spanish, spacious and comfortable with private garden, pool and outdoor cooking.

We found the villa comfortable and very much appreciated the air conditioning - it was very hot during our stay. The outdoor space was very good. The menfolk enjoyed the mancave, children enjoyed the play area and we all enjoyed the pool. The garden is private with room for lawn games and play. The outdoor dinning was good however, we were all bitten severely when seated round the table even though we used sprays, repellents and all other devices to see off the little blighters! Not sure how this could be improved as virtually impossible. The other intrusion was neighbours dogs disturbing the peacefulness with their constant barking! We bought more tea towels and missed a pair of oven gloves as we did cook regularly in the evenings but apart from that the kitchen and utility rooms were well used and equipped. The location of the villa suited us as it was away from the masses but a car is a must. We took advantage of walks around Lauro Golf in the evening ending with a drink in the cafe there having enjoyed great valley and mountain views. Overall I would recommend this villa for those looking for a more rural location but with easy access to town facilities. There is plenty of room for families or a group of friends both indoors and outside so perfect for a great Spanish holiday. We had a two week stay at the end of July beginning of August in 2016 with eight adults and two children. .

Wonderfull vacation time at the Juan Cubo Villa in Alhaucin

We have spent a wonderfull time at this beautifull villa. Plenty of (air-conditioned) room(s) (we were 7 adults and 3 grandchildren!!). A lovely and spacey garden, and the swimming pool is absolutely great. Shady places all around, and the small children enjoyed themselves with the playing toys in their special playground. Great comfort in every respect, so we do highly recommand this Villa to everyone who is looking for a great holiday time in that beautifull andalusian area. Martin de Boer (04 till 11th of June 2016)

Lovely peaceful location

Nice house with a lovely garden

We were 7 adults and one kid staying in the house for 9 nights. It should had been 10 days but we got "delayed" and Juan didn't have any problems with meeting us later. Thanks!! The house was well land out with lots of space and nicely decorated. We loved the garden with the pool, sunloungers and all the different trees and plants. The house was in a really good location, close to the road but yet really quiet. All in all a perfect house to stay in to relax and see some of Andalucia's sights. The only thing I miss was a guestbook, it's fun to read earlier guests' advice and worries. And some recommendations for restaurants and english-speaking doktors close by.
