Finca Platero Alhaurín el Grande by Ruralidays

Villa located in Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This spectacular villa will provide you with the most relaxing vacation you've ever experienced. Its peaceful surroundings will allow you to enjoy some fun moments with your family and friends.

The villa features five bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters and a sofa, one with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters on the upper floor, one with two single beds measuring 1.05 x 2 meters, and another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters. Additionally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. In the large independent kitchen, you will find a dining table and a fireplace, along with all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, while the first floor has electric radiators. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have ducted air conditioning, while the upper floor and dining area are equipped with split air devices.

The outdoor area is simply stunning. In fact, here you'll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, pergolas with outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a portable barbecue and grill, an independent toilet, and private parking. As if that weren't enough, the garden hosts palm trees and colorful flowers to make your stay even more pleasant.

The use of the heated pool from April 1 to October 31 is included in the price. In March and November, the heated pool will be available at an extra cost. In December, January, and February, the pool is not available.

For the enjoyment of the whole family, the owner has added a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a pool table, a foosball table, and for the little ones, a slide and a swing.

Fantastic home in quiet area

We had a wonderful time. There is lots of different entertainment for the kids. Fantastic pool area with seperate kitchen and restroom. Perfect to spend the evening under the stars. The town close by has excellent restaurants. We will definitely go back.

The villa is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and was immaculate, from the convenience to the decor to the security to the cleanliness to the facilities to the gardens to the privacy to the tranquility it was ten out of ten. Sometimes a property does not live up to the photographs or to the price tag but this property exceeds expectations on all counts. A definite recommendation.

We had a lovely stay at Cristobal's house. We went in February but having the heated pool meant we could be outside and in the pool the whole week. We had 20 Degree weather which felt like more as the house in in a beautiful valley and retains heat! We paid extra to have the pool heated early so it would be warm when we got there. Cristobal thought of everything with this beautiful home - he even had speakers all set up at the pool area. We cooked, had a BBQ and drove the 5 minutes into down for dinner a few nights. A wonderful trip!

It was a beautiful property. Actually, even more beautiful than the photos. Plenty of space to sit outside. Several spots, by the pool, which was also very beautiful, and on the veranda of the cottage. Breakfast every morning on the veranda. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms. And outside, a play area with basketball, table tennis, and a foosball table. Quiet surroundings, except for a few barking dogs. It's located just outside the town of Alhaurin el Grande, where you can also do your grocery shopping. A car is recommended for groceries and day trips. We were a group of 7 adults and had a wonderful time. It was perfect for us!

Wir durften einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir verbrachten viele schöne Stunden im top ausgestatteten und sehr gepflegtem Poolbereich. Auch der Spielbereich liess keine Wünsche offen: Billardtisch, Töggelikasten, Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Schaukel und Basketball sorgten für sehr gute Unterhaltung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Stunden in dieser wunderschönen Finca.

Ein absolut wundervolles Erlebnis. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet. Wir waren noch nie in einem so sauberen Zustand, besonders im Vergleich zu Hotels. Alles war im und um das Haus herum vorhanden, sodass wir, wenn wir nicht wollten, das Haus die ganze Woche über nicht verlassen mussten. Die Kinder verbrachten jeden Tag Stunden im schönen, sauberen und beheizten Swimmingpool. Der Spielbereich war ausgezeichnet: Billardtisch, Kickertisch, Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Schaukel und alles andere sorgte für ständige Unterhaltung. Der Gastgeber war ein wahrer Gentleman. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für dieses wundervolle Erlebnis in Andalusien für meine Familie.

Wir reisten in den Herbstferien mit 9 Personen aus drei Familien an und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Obwohl unser Flug sehr verspätet war begrüßte uns Cristobal trotz eines eigenen wichtigen Termins sehr freundlich und kam extra am folgenden Vormittag nochmals, um alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Sehr nett fanden wir sein Gastgeschenk mit leckerem Obst, Wein und Chips. Wir genossen sehr den gepflegten schönen Garten mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken,die tollen überdachten Spielmöglichkeiten ( Tischtennis Tischfußball und Billardtisch) die intensiv genutzt wurden. Außerdem gibt es jeweils einen großen gepflegten Gas - und auch Holzkohlegrill. Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer gab es nicht so viel Sitzplätze aber wir wollten sowieso alle am liebsten draußen sein. Abends konnte man auch an windigen kühleren Abenden durch den transparenten Windschutz so gemütlich auf der warnen Terrasse zusammen sitzen . Der Pool war sehr gut beheizt, mit Salzwasser und nur wenig gechlort, sehr groß und konnte bei jedem Wetter genutzt werden. Vom gemütlichen balinesischen Bett aus den Klaren blauen Himmel, die Palmen, die Bergketten und den Pool zu bestaunen und zu träumen, war wunderbar. Es ist eine sehr schöne grüne Landschaft mit vielen Olivenbäumen und weiten Ausblicken um die Finca herum, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. In den Pinienwäldern bei Alhaurin gibt es tolle Wanderungen mit Blicken auf die Berge. Wir waren total zufrieden. Einzig gibt es tatsächlich viele Hunde in der nahen Nachbarschaft,die auch nachts und früh morgens oft bellen ( laufen auch Füchse herum), aber mit Oropax ließ es sich dennoch super schlafen und die meisten in unserer Gruppe hat es auch nicht gestört ohne Oropax. Sonst ist alles echt super. Besonders gut ist das Anwesen für Familien geeignet wegen der vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Malaga und der Flughafen sind in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Wir besuchten auch Ronda, den Caminito del Rey und die Alhambra. Alles wunderbar und eindrucksvoll. Sehr gut gefiel uns auch die Altstadt von Marbella und der Venus Strand,die auch in 30 Minuten erreichbar waren. Wir bedanken uns für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft von Cristobal und seiner Ehefrau und wünschen alles Liebe.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit außergewöhnlichen Außenbereichen. Ich würde sagen, es hatte die beste Kombination aus Sonne und Schatten, die wir je gefunden haben, und der Pool war auch großartig. Die anderen Einrichtungen waren ausgezeichnet und der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war das Bellen der Nachbarhunde. Cristóbal bat die Eigentümer, sie nachts vom Haus fernzuhalten, was sie zumindest eine Zeit lang taten und die Fenster geschlossen hielten. Allerdings gab es noch andere Hunde in der Gegend, die sich Tag und Nacht gegenseitig störten.

Zum 3. Mal habe ich mich für diese Finca entschieden. Sie ist unglaublich! Eine Oase des Friedens, abgeschnitten von der Welt. Perfekt zum Ausruhen und Meditieren abseits des Wahnsinns der modernen Welt. Cristobal und Antonia sind äußerst herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Dafür danke ich ihnen. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Außenbereich verfügen über absolut alles, was eine Familie zum Wohlfühlen braucht. In der Küche können Sie gute Gerichte zubereiten. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist bei großer Hitze der am häufigsten genutzte Ort. Und um Ihren Aufenthalt zu beleben, steht Ihnen der Spielbereich zur Verfügung! Für Jung und Alt.
