This apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet building (with an elevator) this is a fantastic beach front apartment that offers incredible views of Postiguet Beach on the Mediterranean Sea. 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 3, there are two single beds as well as a sizable wardrobe in the bedroom, and a double size Italian type sofa bed (with a comfy memory foam mattress) in the living room. The unit is continuously cool as a result of a constant gentle sea breeze . It has a great sunroom/glassed in veranda furnished with a small teak table and chairs which will allow you to watch the sun rise while having your morning coffee, in the same area there are also 2 recliners chairs which will enable you to overlook both the beach and sea. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, a dripp coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with 3 chairs. In the living area is 32” flat screen TV. There is a washing machine in an adjoining area to the kitchen. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities such as a bath/shower, hair dryer, and a small window to the interior patio.

The location is perfect in every way. Not only is it within a stone’s throw from the beach which can be accessed by a pedestrian bridge but it is also within walking distance to many shops, pharmacies, museums, public transportation, restaurants and terraces as well as the rather quaint ‘old town’ area. Also nearby is the elevator to the impressive and historic Castillo de Santa Barbara.
