## Space

Quintinha Mojud is a quiet holiday home set directly on the Rota Vicentina, offering the whole house in for rent in Summer Months and offering private rooms for rent in Winter months. This is a peaceful home base for walkers and beach-lovers. You’re just a short walk from Rogil, with beautiful beaches nearby and the trail right outside the door.

The house itself is spacious and welcoming, designed for relaxed days and easy living. As you step inside, you enter a large living area that invites you to slow down, read a book, share meals, and enjoy time together without distractions. There is no television, encouraging a true break from daily routines. The house has excellent insulation, which keeps it naturally cool during the summer months, so air conditioning is not needed.

The Lavanda Room has two comfortable single beds. There are two bathrooms, which are shared with tenants from the other private rooms.

Moving through the house, you’ll find a shared fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to long, leisurely dinners. The layout flows naturally, making it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together.

Stepping outside, you are surrounded by a large garden that is shared with the guests from the other private rooms.

From the property, it’s an easy walk to the village of Rogil as well as to the beautiful, lesser-known beaches of Barradinha and Samoqueira. For those who enjoy exploring further, a short drive or bike ride brings you to the beaches of Rogil, Odeceixe, and Amoreira, all known for their wild beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

Quintinha Mojud is an ideal place for guests who value tranquility, nature, and space, and who are looking for a shared, comfortable, well-located base to enjoy the Algarve’s stunning west coast at a slower, more natural pace.

## Access

This room is fully private during your stay for optimal privacy and space. Please note, that the rest of the house is shared with tenants from the other private rooms.

★ An optional breakfast is available on site (must be preordered and paid on site), featuring organic locally sourced vegetarian breakfast in continental style, with gluten-free options available.
★ Alessandra is a qualified massage therapist and offers individual massage sessions by appointment (contact details provided after booking).
★ To keep the villa warm and cosy, the fire is lit daily in the late afternoon/early evening (approximately 18:00).
★ Quiet hours begin at 22:00, helping everyone rest well.

## Neighborhood

Less than 30 minutes walking to Praias Barradina and Samoqueria. Short bike ride to Vale dos Homens beach, and 5-10 minute walk to Rogil restaurants and shops. Just 7 minutes driving from Praia Vale dos Homens Beach and local restaurants and groceries in Rogil, and 20 minutes to Arrifana, Amoreira, and other favorite surfing spots. 10 minutes from Aljezur, with easy access to popular towns Lagos and Portimao.

## Transit

This neighborhood is great for walking and biking. Short bike rides to beaches Vale dos Homens and Carriagem, as well as Rogil. Short drive on n120 to Odeceixe and Aljezur, 20 minutes to popular surfing at Arrifana, Amoreira, and Monte Clerigo. Lagos and Portimao are 40 minutes away with easy access from n120 to the toll roads.
