Holiday Home 'Gîte Le Moutat-La Cave' with Private Garden

Our old stone house is situated in a green setting, ideal for peace and relaxation, close to the river Dronne, a fish-filled river, the Grand Etang de La Jemaye, the ribéracois Romanesque church circuit, the village of Aubeterre sur Dronne, Brantôme and Bourdeilles and the Villars caves. We are also close to the Charente with its many châteaux (Montmoreau, Magnac la Valette with the château de la Mercerie known as "Le petit Versailles".

Situated 500 m from the gîte, you can enjoy the picnic area on the banks of the Dronne. This area is shared with the other gîtes. And to relax, you will appreciate the spa shared with the other gîtes.



Detached single-storey house in an old farmhouse. There is a large living/dining room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and espresso coffee machine. The living room has a wood-burning stove. Accessed via a corridor, you will find 2 bedrooms: the 1st bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the 2nd bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed in a separate area. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Shower room with washing machine. Separate WC. There is a garden with garden furniture and children's play equipment (swing, slide).

Electric heating. Garage. Enclosed grounds. Table tennis, table football and spa (fee payable) shared with other gîtes.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath, booster seat.

Wi-Fi internet connection shared with the other gîtes.
