I did not see a hot tub or ski slope. The room smelled like seafood. I believe it was a funny odor coming from the a/c. The carpet also wet under the a/c unit.

During my visit, I observed roaches in the [sleeping area]. When I addressed the issue discreetly, I was told that I was lying. I showed a time-stamped photo as evidence. Despite this, I was instructed to remain on site and wait until the following day to speak with the manager. For the health and safety of all involved, immediate action was requested, and spraying was conducted soon after

Listed above the property was dirty, noisy, unsafe, and inconvenient. The property had a bar located near the lobby and the people at the bar would have access to the hallway and rooms. The state police were there one evening which made us feel unsafe. There were people outside in the parking lot drinking and smoking marijuana, the trash outside was overflowing, and the parking lot had trash all over it. We actually had to cancel one night of our stay due to these reasons, and had difficulty trying to receive a refund which supposedly has now been rectified.
