They couldn’t fine my reservation on time. And the guy who assisted me literally doing nothing to help me out. It was late at night and probably it took me 30-45 mins before i got my room.

20degree weather. Sliding doors to pool frozen open. Pool was 59 degrees. Booked this hotel so we could take our granddaughter to swim. Staff rectified doors stated pool would be to 85 degree temp in 15 minutes. Upon leaving pool temp was still 59 degrees. We checked out and stayed at a Howard Johnson for same price. Awaiting management decision on refund but staff stated to not count on it since the outside sliding doors were now shut. Would not recommend. Will not return.

Great Hotel!
This hotel is wonderful, the friendly staff got us checked-in in no time. They even gave us two free drinks at the hotel bar. The room was very comfortable and clean!

The cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning. Then they were smoking right outside my window talking and laughing real loud. The door to the outside kept on being slammed all night long.
