Completing the external area are a convenient barbecue, a washing machine, and an outdoor shower, ideal for refreshing after a day at the sea. The independent entrance, through a private gate, ensures privacy and tranquility.



The interiors offer a welcoming and functional environment: the dining area, air-conditioned, is equipped with a double bed and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen, with a cooking corner, is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. The small villa has two bedrooms: one double and one with a French-style bed, ideal for comfortable rest.
