For those seeking sandy beaches, the first beach of Torre San Giovanni is just a short distance away, easily reachable (about 1 km and 700 meters to the first beach club "Lido Pazze").

The villa is surrounded by a front and back garden with independent access through a gate. At the front, with a sea view, you’ll find a shaded area with a dining table and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing outdoors. At the back, there is an outdoor shower, a washbasin, and a small garden, offering maximum comfort after a day at the beach.

The interior of the villa features typical flooring and spacious rooms, as was customary for residents of the inland areas during their long "summer stays." There is a well-equipped kitchenette with everything needed to prepare meals, a cozy and bright dining area, a living room with TV and a sofa bed, ideal for moments of relaxation, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom. A folding bed is available for an additional eighth guest.

In the basement, there is a small double bedroom, perfect for children or guests. The air conditioner is present in the rooms on the main floor, while the basement is naturally cooler and equipped with a fan.

The villa is located on Via Arcivescovo Verardi, Posto Rosso, in an area perfect for those who love the sea and tranquility. Self-catering breakfast service is available upon request/booking (everything you need for a perfect breakfast will be provided directly in your vacation home!), with a daily cost per person.

Pets welcome: small pets are allowed, with a small additional fee of €30 for the sanitation of the accommodation.

For check-in and check-out outside the specified times, upon the client’s request and prior acceptance, an additional fee is required:

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10 PM, an extra charge of €30.00;

For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra charge of €50.00;

For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra charge of €100.00.

For early check-outs, upon the client’s request and prior acceptance, from 6 AM to 8 AM, an extra charge of €30.00 is required.
