The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The adjoining dining room invites you to gather around a table for six.
There is also a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.
There are two bedrooms furnished with a queen sizes beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality.
