Bougie Basecamp lives up to its name as a luxurious yet humble place for those who love adventuring outdoors. This 3-bedroom cabin offers total seclusion, with a view that'll make your morning coffee THE best you've ever tasted. Watch from the comfort of the deck as the Great Smoky Mountain Train crosses Fontana Lake before enjoying quick access to the Tsali trail system and the lake, Nantahala Outdoor Center, or hopping on your motorcycle and riding the Dragon Spine.

Exterior :
Located on a gated mountain overlooking Lake Fontana and the Great Smoky Mountains, Bougie Basecamp is tucked into a secluded forested lot, not visible from the road. When you're not enjoying the view from the three-story covered porch, relax by the warmth and ambiance of a wood-burning outdoor fireplace under the comfort of a covered porch while listening to your favorite music through the outdoor Bluetooth speakers and under a fan to keep cool during the summers. If you have an electric vehicle, this cabin is equipped with an EV charging station, and if you're carrying adventure gear, there is a bike rack and hose area perfect to wash the mud off before relaxing inside and watching your favorite show with wifi. However you choose to adventure, come back to Bougie Basecamp, relax in a hammock on the deck, roast s'mores in the outdoor fireplace while enjoying the hot tub and hot shower, and finally, snuggle in for sweet dreams and rest.

Entry Level :
The moment you drive up to Basecamp, you'll see a seamless transition from the outdoor beauty to the inside bougie. In the living room, three-story windows drench the cabin in sunlight while the rock fireplace and open layout invite social connection or sweet snuggles on a cozy couch. The entry level of the cabin boasts an open and airy fully equipped kitchen with classic stainless-steel appliances and includes all of the dishes, cookware, and utensils provided for you. There is bar stool seating on the island or an adjacent dining room table that seats six. The king master suite is also on the entry level of the cabin with private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Upper Level :
Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen. Alongside the bedrooms is the second bath with standing shower. There is also an open loft style game room equipped with more comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning mountain views along with a foosball table for some entertaining fun.

This cabin is NOT pet friendly. If prior approval has not been granted and a pet is discovered on the property, penalties will be imposed, including the immediate removal of the pet, eviction from the cabin, and forfeiture of all rental payments.
