For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 14/19. Shop 700 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, café, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Nerja, Frigiliana, Almuñecar, Marinas del Este, Alpujarras, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Viñuela. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda y Sierra Almijara. Groups of teenagers on request only.
