Guests benefit from access to a shared angular swimming pool measuring 16 x 7 m, open year-round from 01 January to 31 December, with pool hours running from 10:00 to 21:00. The resort also features a shower and WC conveniently located in the pool area. The property includes a well-maintained yard and outdoor spaces that complement the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. "Creativo" is a beautifully appointed 4-room terraced house spanning 180 m2, positioned in a south-facing orientation that fills the interiors with natural light throughout the day. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a spacious and comfortable setting ideal for families.

On the main level, you are welcomed by a bright and generously sized living and dining room, thoughtfully furnished for both relaxation and entertaining. From this space, direct access leads out to a terrace where you can enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, featuring an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. On the lower ground floor, a walk-through room provides additional flexible living space. The upper floor is dedicated to the 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous sleeping comfort. A second shower room with WC serves this floor, alongside a large terrace that frames a marvellous panoramic view of the ocean and the bay.
