Lovely modern old stone cottage. Literally right on the sea, with a small private beach.You have free access to our 2 kayaks and paddle board. The cottage has a huge terrace overlooking the sea,with covered eating area, and outdoor grill.You are right on the water with stairs directly to the beach. The property is fully fenced in for the safety of small children and pets. There are 6 lounge chairs for relaxing and gazing out to the sea. We have several guests who bring their boats with them. We can provide mooring. This cottage sleeps comfortably. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the living room has a sofa bed (which can sleep 2 kids easily) and there is a roll away bed in the closet. It fits easily into the bedroom with the twin beds or the living room. No charge for extra people. You can bring as many people as you are willing to share the bathroom with. Visitor Access

You are 5 kilometers., (3 miles). from the supermarket, the medical center, the pharmacy and the bakery. You are 20 minutes. walking or 5 minutes by car to the public beach. You are only 15 to 20 minutes by car to 2 beautiful beaches with taverns and bars. Across the road is a wonderful taverna with fresh fish from the local fishing boat every day. There is another taverna 1 1/2 km down the road that grows all their own vegetables and is next to the sea. You are 27 kilometers from Volos and 32 kilometers. from Pelion, a beautiful day trip to the mountains and beaches on the other side of the mountain. There are quite cheap daily trips to islands, monasteries and other interesting places
We have beautiful hiking trails through the mountains and down to the sea, with areas suitable for picnicking along the trails with gorgeous views of the sea.
