This hotel has an amazing view. Also has a big parking lot. We had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable. Only one thing we wished to have is A/C.

We had an amazing 6-day stay at Hotel Funicolare. The family suite provided to us was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short drive to both Lake Como and Lugano. The views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. We also enjoyed the good breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the near future. Sharing a photo of the beautiful view from each room!

Unbelievable View! Amazing breakfast!

Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top recommendation from the owner, go and see the Balcony of Italy that is 15mins away WOW!

Ganz großes Lob!

Einfach schön! Sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht und schönes geschmackvolles Hotel. Frühstück war auch gut und das ganze für einen super Preis. Also was will man mehr. Absolut begeistert war ich von der Hilfsbereitschaft. Da mein Auto beim Hotel nicht mehr angesprungen ist, hat sich der Besitzer der Anlage persönlich um uns gekümmert. Er ist mit mir in den Ort gefahren, hat geholfen wo er konnte und hat sogar noch eine KFZ-Mechaniker organisiert. Und am Ende wollte er nicht mal Geld dafür haben. Absolut hilfsbereit und das verdient ein ganz großes Lob und Dankeschön !!!

Beautiful view, but only in a few rooms. The hotel is really old and is in need of renovation. Our hotel room smelled of sewage, the air conditioning could not be switched on. When asked, we were told that this was stipulated by law. The dog cost an extra charge of €15 per night. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Mooi uitzicht. Wel erg veel geluid en ontbijt viel tegen. Kamers zijn prima, schoon en best ruim. Uitzicht is het beste aspect.
