From the terrace on the second floor you can enjoy the partial view of the sea. The property has large outdoor areas, a beautiful garden with palm trees and typical plants, a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, functional outdoor kitchen, wall barbecue and covered terrace for outdoor meals, where you will spend pleasant moments with your loved ones. The area offers renowned tourist destinations and beach resorts such as Palermo (25 km) with its immense artistic wealth, Monreale (32 km) with its beautiful cathedral and monastery, Cefalù (60 km) with its fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano (13 km), a promontory with hat shape with spectacular views from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. The house is distributed on two levels, the wooden annex in the garden is not accessible.
