Delightful apartment in a villa for exclusive use. Within a radius of 2 km you will find free beaches, splendid coves, equipped lidos. Excellent restaurants/pizzerias a 2-minute walk away. Just 50 km from the splendid seaside resort of Cefalù and 25 km from the city of Palermo, with its Arab-Norman route and the cathedral of Monreale, both UNESCO heritage sites. Reachable by car, thanks to the proximity of the motorway, or by using the Altavilla train station 500 metres away. The property has two large bedrooms furnished and with air conditioning, one of which has a third bed (possibility of adding a camp bed on request). Eat-in kitchen with all essential comforts. Living area with TV which leads onto a large veranda where you can admire, watching the sunset and enjoying an aperitif, the splendid panorama of the sea and the beautiful Altavilla coast, where the famous medieval watchtower called "Torre Normanna" is clearly visible. The apartment is assigned a parking space inside the courtyard of the villa. The villa is accessed from a large avenue. The apartment is on the first floor accessible by an exclusive external staircase (the ground floor is inhabited), surrounded by a well-kept garden of 2000 square meters planted with olive trees and which cannot be accessed.
For the winter period and for lovers of the genre, it is noted that the property is located about 68 km from the ski resort of Piano Battaglia. Reachable in just 1h 20 min via the A19 / E90 motorway, Campofelice di Roccella exit.

Good place to stay.

The host was very nice and welcoming. Arrival and stay was really good organized. Apartment has nice seaside view. Totally worth the money.
