Apartment for rent in the luxury seaside complex Villa Gadea in Altea. The complex features 10 communal pools, beautiful gardens, 24-hour private security, and direct access to the sea. Located just 3 km from the center of Altea and all its amenities, with direct access to the AP7 highway for quick connections to the main cities in the area.



The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms—one en suite with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed; the other offers bunk beds with an extra pull-out bed, accommodating up to 5 guests. It is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are two spacious terraces, one furnished and offering beautiful views of the sea, pool, and gardens.



The apartment is prepared for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Wi-Fi and a parking space for a small car are included.

Fantastic apartment, would of liked sun loungers around the pool

Pros: Apartment balcony, and beach bars Cons: No sun loungers so on towels on the grass and lots of ants
