Voor 2 jaar waren wij op hetzelfde adres op de eerste verdieping. Voor ons was dat toen goed. Nu verbleven we op de benedenverdieping. Was dat even een teleurstelling. Ik dacht dat wij in een ski-hut waren beland. Wij hadden nog geen zetel om in te zitten wat normaal toch bij een appartement hoort. Tien dagen op een harde bank zitten 's avonds was niet echt gezellig. Wat de slaapkamers betreft de slaapkamer met drie bedden had geen rechtstreekse verluchting van buitenaf. Het raam kwam uit in de eetkamer heel onlogisch). De kamer was uiteraard gans de dag zo donker dat ge constant licht moest aansteken. Wat de hygiene betreft een nachtlampje werd even verplaatst en er kwam een lange dikke stofdraad mee. Ook aan de slaapkamerdeur hingen enkele stofdraden. Er hing in die kamer echt een muffe lucht, niet echt gezond om in te slapen. Op de andere slaapkamer werd onder het bed nog een kleine tube of flesje gevonden. Voor ons was er helemaal niet gepoetst. De grond in de keuken was vuil. Wilden we koffie maken duurde het drie kwartier voor de koffie was doorgelopen. Wij denken dat die koffiemachine nog nooit ontkalkt is. In de badkamer wou ik de haardroger nemen en die heb ik direct terug aan de muur gehangen, die plakte helemaal, voelde echt vies. De grond was ook niet echt proper. Er scheelde ook iets met de lavabo als er water in stond en men trok dan de stop er uit duurde het een eeuwigheid voor het water weg was. Men had ons wifi beloofd de helft van de tijd werkte het niet. Wij zijn al dikwijls met Belvilla op vakantie geweest en telkens waren wij zeer tevreden. Maar nu dit was het geld echt niet waard. JAMMER!

Nice bedrooms and bathroom. In the kitchen very little stuff, really rough it. Better pans, ladles and slightly more eg measuring jug etc would make it even better and it does not even cost much. Lovely garden for children. Nice and helpful owner. Ideally the supermarket so close!! We would not hesitate to go back to it!!!

A nice vacation in the midst of sports Amade region of Salzburg. For all kinds of activities, like to be informed about the family Rottman and provides guests with tips, the house is a prime candidate. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, Rottmann family takes care right away if you need anything. For children, the garden with lots of facilities is ideal. We especially enjoyed the beautiful bedrooms and have the new Bäder.Insgesamt a great holiday destination for mountain holidays
