Pretty Spanish Villa Situated In A Picturesque Valley. Please enquire fordetails
This typically Spanish villa, set in a valley surrounded by orange groves and pine covered mountains, is located approximately 1 mile from the local village in a secluded location. The villa is reached through secure gates along a palm lined drive which has parking for several cars. There are steps leading up to the the shaded terrace and living area. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a paella/BBQ house situated by the pool area. There is a full size enclosed tennis court surrounded by orange trees. The large, well maintained gardens contain various fruit trees and shrubs with plenty of places to sit and relax. I live on site in seperate accomodation for help and advice if required. Renters have complete exclusivity to the pool and tennis court. There is sky satellite television fitted. There is a games room with a pool table, music, and a child friendly dart board. My wife is an aroma therapist who offers various forms of massage who also offers a yoga class on a Sunday morning for those interested.
Location Information: This is an idyllic setting in a beautiful rural location. There are stunning mountain views and pleasant walks; the area is flat enough for cycling or mountain biking in the surrounding pine covered mountains. The village boasts 3 restaurants which serve the menu of the day, there is a supermarket, baker, a local chemist and a hairdressing salon. I also have access to another villa if i am booked so please enquire
Attractions in the area: The town of Gandia is 20 minutes drive away and has excellent shops and supermarkets. As this is an area where Spanish people live and work the town is open all year, unlike more tourist based towns that partially close out of season. Gandia beach is reputedly the best in Europe with its white sandy beach and beautiful promenade. Inland are vineyards, orange and almond groves and quiet Spanish towns for those who like to explore. The nearest beach, Tavernes Playa, is only 15 minutes drive and the town of Tavernes de la Valldigna is 10 minutes away. Alzira, with its busy shops, restaurants and nightlife is 8 minutes away. A visit to Valencia city, hosts of the Americas Cup 2007, is recommended. Here you can visit the Oceanographic and science museum to name but two of the new tourist attractions. Benidorm, with its teeming night life and Terra Mitica theme park is an hourâs drive away. There is a new 18 hole golf cource called La Galiana
15 Mar 2009 - 19 Mar 2009 Date to be confirmed This is one of the best-known and most emblematic festivals in Spain which continues to grow in popularity each year. Tens of thousands of visitors join the whole city of Valencia in this festival of fire, in a mood of excitement and gaiety. Fallas are giant figures built of paper mache, wood and wax, and which represent personalities and current events of the day. They may be symbolic or satirical in theme, realistic or comic-strip in style. Certainly they are elaborate, built with consummate care in different workshops around the city, over the course of the year. Known locally as 'Ninots', they go up in flames on StJoseph's Night (19 March), reaching a blazing climax near midnight, when flames leap skywards all over the city centre and thousands of fireworks discharge over the rooftops. Events unfold over several days beforehand, divided into Exaltation (Offering of Flowers),
We stayed at villa rosa August 19 and absolutely fell in love with the place. Robert and Deborah were perfect hosts, very friendly and available whenever we needed anything but also left us to it when we didn't.
Villa rosa is equipped with everything we needed and we loved the large pool and games room. If you are looking for a get away from it all break then this villa will be perfect for you. We will definitely be back in the future.
We stayed a week at the end of July and had a wonderful time. Robert and Deborah are great hosts and are very helpful. The house is very nice although you live in the summertime mainly outside. The pool is clean and warm. We loved the dogs and the cat who are around if you want. Deborah gave great massages, highly recommended. The house is located in a quiet and green valley. A car is needed to get around. Great beaches are nearby and the train from Alzira takes you in 35 minutes to Valencia.
Thanks again for a great stay!

Great location and relaxing stay
We needed to spend a number of days in Valencia over two weeks but also wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the superb countryside south of Alzira. The location was perfect for this and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa and location
Beautiful villa, everything you need for a family of 6, made even more special by Robert (owner) and Sunny, Roxy and Roger - the villa pets. Nothing to much trouble and lots of helpful advise.
The location is superb, in the mountains with beautiful orange trees all around.
15 mins to supermarkets and beach - all sand with a gentle slope into the warm sea.
Would definitely recommend and hope to return again
Very relaxed away from it all holiday. Owner and his wife around if you need them but leave you in peace if you donât. Fantastic pool but would be a bit of a worry if you had little ones as itâs quite deep, it was ideal for us. Every where neat and well maintained. The tennis court was very tempting but we had a very hot week so resisted. All in all would definitely recommend and go again.
Villa Rosa is a wonderful relaxing home from home!
My family had a wonderful stay at villa Rosa. Robert and Deborah were incredibly helpful when needed but kept out of our way when not!
The pool is perfect! So relaxing with stunning views into the mountains. I would say this is perfect for you if you are looking for a relaxing, get away from it all break rather than one full of activities as the villa is quite remote and itâs a good 30 minutes to the beaches and towns.
The villa itself is well equipped and comfortable.
Itâs worth noting that the villa doesnât have mains water so it is not suitable for drinking although absolutely fine for washing etc and there was plenty of hot water for showers! Just be aware that the nearest village is a fair walk away, not a walk you want to do with heavy water bottles so worth stocking up at the nearest supermarket before you arrive!
Great sized property, pool , tennis court , games room , Owners really nice very helpful whenever you need them and respected your privacy when you didnât. Didnât want to leave would recommend to everyone
Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis. Ook de eigenaar en zijnvroyw zijn erg behulpzaam. Zijnvrouw geeft ook heerlijke massages waar wij ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Even heerlijk ontspannen.
Geweldig.
